WORST COSTCO EVER. Ordered some tires, which I had to wait over an hour in line for in the first place, so already was not a good start. It took ten days for them to have them shipped. But that time my window of being available was over, so when they called, I couldn't agree to their dates, so I had to make more time, and I told them I would call them back when I find out. After a few days, I called back, but each time no one at the tire center would answer the phone. Tried from Monday through Wednesday, each day calling about 4-5 times. Finally on a Thursday morning when I had time, I went there to make the appointment in person. Waited another hour, and when it got to my turn, the agent only took service for batteries, so three people behind me were serviced first. Meanwhile, there were five people on the appointment line that they serviced first, some just came in and was serviced immediately, while the other line had seven people at the most. So at the 1.5 hour mark I told someone the issue, and if someone can help me. Almost ten people who came in after me had already been serviced at this point. The agent SPENCER, made it an issue to chirp at me just to wait my turn. So I asked him, when is it my turn if you just service the appointment and battery people? At this point he became just unprofessional and made several personal remarks. I was so incensed, but since I was still not attended to, I had to keep my cool, and when finally at the 1.75 hour mark, another female agent serviced me. I was supposed to go there to make an appointment to replace my tires which had already arrived, but they were so unprofessional I just canceled my order of almost $1,000.
I don't ask for much, I just to be treated fairly. Costco, how about you make a first come, first served policy, which is the simplest and fairest. The exact words of the female agent was, "we have to service the appointments first." So in your minds, there are more important people, and less important people. Great company policy.
To top it off, on the way back home, I called Sam's Club, someone picked up immediately, and I made a tire change appointment for exactly one week later. I did everything with Sam's Club all one time over the phone, while it took me almost a month total with Costco, with no results. Costco, your customer service policy is a disgrace, and your actual customer service is a disgrace. I will never shop at Costco again, thank you for showing me the light of day of how you treat your loyal customer of over 20 years.

The Honolulu Costco is cra cra, it’s like the rest as far as products but hardly any security. People hardly had to show their card that day and anyone could walk in. There was some dude eating a poke bowl right out of the plastic container on top of the men’s clothing stand. I doubt he had a membership and obviously was scarfing down the food.
Shopping? It’s always sooo crowded no matter what day you go. It’s obvious they need to build another one in the area for the city.
Hawaii Kai location is great! Nice people not over crowded, easy to get to and secured. I’m not sure which Costco I’m reviewing because I searched up both a few weeks ago.

I love Costco in general. The selection of goods is outstanding. I love the keto and vegetarian options of food. So many healthy choices. And the clothes department is also very good for everyday wearing.

Crazy busy! About 300 people at any given time. Go in with patience and forgiveness. It will try both of those. Friendly helpful staff. Parking and the gas station is nuts!

Busy place. Parking is a little tough. Staff is friendly inside store as well as in food court. Love the 18” Cheese Pizza for $9.

For being extremely packed and busy, it is remarkably efficient in getting you out the door. A must if you plan on taking back local snacks home in bulk.
