They are open to 8:30pm. It seems like they COSTCO will let you enter until 8:30pm. One thing I realized that getting to COSTCO at a very late, close to closing time, is there was no hot chicken or ribs to obtain. However, lines went super fast. Cafeteria is quick and the food never disappoints! Big portions and low prices. Lots of covered outdoor seating too!
