This morning, I had an uncomfortable experience at this store. I’ve visited before with no issues, but today, one of the employees followed me around, giving me suspicious looks. She even took the product I picked up, placed it at the counter, and said she’d “hold it” until I purchased it. This felt unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Absolute disgrace!

Currently in Alaska and was craving Lemon peel. I ordered from their website for the first time and was surprised but their online options. So many things to choose from.
Ordering online was easy and I received it 4 days after placing the order. Shipping cost were very affordable. Everything was carefully packed in the box. I'll be ordering online from them more often now.

This is the absolute best place to buy crack seed fruit. They also have the crack seed slushee drink here. Craziness.

Bad vision of owners,they are not thinking of long term customers I bought there product and in the sealed package were small pieces and scrap looking. Bad presentation and rip off. The lemon was the same. Gave me lemon strips of skin. Did not want to give me round slices of lemon. I will never go to this Crack seed store ever again. They are new owners, and they love to take our hard working money and not being fair with there product.
THE ORIGINAL OWNERS WAS THE BEST!!!

My mom and I love visiting crack seed candy stores. I was thrilled to discover this quaint little shop tucked away. The store was tidy and offered a wide variety of unique seeds.

Vegetarian options: Crack seed is all preserved fruits or vegetables.

Lots of choices, efficient service. Glad to have the small business in the area. Prices were reasonable though I may not remember my purchases because the bags were not individually labeled.

Crack Seed Store reminded me of my childhood going up in the 70's in Palolo Valley. Crack Seed was authentic tasting. Not too many places left like this.

I have been looking high and low for red ginger for a long time. Most places I have been to either had none or the ones they had were hard and too dry. I saw a FB post about this store and looked at their website and found what I hoped was the one I was looking for. Took a drive to Kaimuki and easily for the store. Pretty much from when I walked in, the staff asked what I was looking for; told them I want the salty red ginger and sure enough it was there!!!! A small shop but very nostalgic with the glass container filled with a variety of crack seed snacks. Price and service were A++++ . If you are looking for the real stuff, check out this shop.

They have such a variety of things. They also sell Chinese mushroom and lily flowers for Chinese soup. They are super nice and I would support them 100 %. They closed today at 3:30 because they were going to celebrate Chinese new year. They were going to temple. The cracked seeds were yummy I can't wait to drop by when I am in the area again.

So many products- I wish you can buy a smaller amount than a 1/4 pound tho… Super friendly staff who willl let you sample. I love seeds. Parking is behind the building with lots of meter spots.

Just the BEST. Nothing brings local and nostalgia like this place. I was searching for that old school Doe Fang, Li Hing Icee. This, just hit the childhood spot. Great variety of crack seed!
Parking: Park in the lot by Koa pancake. Ample parking.
