CrossFit Oahu is Hawaii's oldest CrossFit gym, located in a convenient Honolulu location in the heart of Kakaako. It features a world-class 12,000 sqft facility with all the latest equipment. The gym has an awesome community of members and some of the best coaching, with exceptional and knowledgeable trainers. It is a fantastic, spacious gym that scales for all levels, whether someone is brand new, a seasoned veteran, or dropping in on vacation. The programming never disappoints. Members and visitors have an incredible experience, get in great shape, and have a blast. The staff is super cordial and welcoming, making everyone feel at home. Parking is free and right in front. The gym offers one-day and affordable one-week options.

Finding a place to call “home” while being away from is hard to find but CrossFit Oahu DEFINITELY made us feel welcome. Staff was super cordial and welcoming, all the equipment was easily accessible and clean AND They had the best swag! Can’t wait to visit again!
