Mr. Ho clearly loves what he's doing. He is not afraid to make a part if he can't find one. Always good service. Goes the extra mile. Also a very nice man.

Knows his stuff!!! A real watch repairman!!! A dying breed for sure!!! I would know because my father was a watchmaker!!! Younger generations don't want to be bothered with this very technical and skilled trade...very sad indeed!!!!

Quick service to replace a battery. I also needed a strap and although he didn't have a style I liked he was a patient and showed me many styles.

Mr. Ho is a true subject matter expert on watches. He helped me remove the moisture inside of my watch and replaced new gaskets. Extremely happy with his services, highly recommend.

I been a customer for over 20 years, and mr Ho is the best. He even makes custom parts for Rolex dealer. Very reasonable prices and since I and many of his customers have Rolex and even more expensive collectable watches it’s nice to have someone you can trust. However, he works alone in the shop so if he has a doctors appointment or some such, it might be closed. Your watch might not be done on time. The part might have to come from Europe to do it right. Have some patience and you will be rewarded with a nice friend.

Friendly owner. Biz phone doesn’t work. Need to go there in person if you have questions or getting quotes.

DO NOT BRING YOUR WATCH TO THIS GUY Needed a new battery for my G-Shock Mudmaster GGB100 and figured I'd bring my other G-Shocks in too (another Mudmaster GG1000 & two others). It took him THREE DAYS to figure out how to put the two Mudmasters back together. Even then, the straps on one wouldn't sit correctly. Here I am, 2 months later, with water in my watch because he apparently didn't seal it correctly. I didn't write this review when I should have as to give him a chance to prove me wrong. $80 for 6 batteries & at least one dead watch. BUYER BEWARE. THERE ARE BETTER, MORE COMPETENT OPTIONS OUT THERE.

This watch repair store is too expensive. The owner does not communicate in detail. I would recommend other watch repair places like Macy's The prices are more reasonable. You won't have issues with communication . There are technical things to discuss and questions that would easier to communicate.

I brought a watch here to replace a battery but when the owner opened the watch he found there was a problem & gave me a quote to fix it which it the cost was somewhat reasonable . I decided not to fix it & replace the battery since the watch was secondhand . I felt the owner of the store was honest so I would recommend this business .
