Went last week for a bolt EV and was GIVEN A QUOTE OFR $299 LEASE. went back today to purchase the car and the "finance manager" gave us a quote for $652 for the same fre**king car, no difference. Bunch of thieves that try to steal your money, better off at JN if want a Chevy, or do like me and purchase a ID.4 fron Volkswagen which is much better dealer and 1000% more fair work prices. Is I could give them a -5 stars I would. Stay away from them

These guys are the best! I came to them needing help with wheel locks to ship my vehicle. The original dealership blew me off for their mess up. Cutter Chevy was quick to fit me in and get them changed out. Was able to make it back to VPC just in time to finish the shipping process. Y'all are seriously the best and I am forever grateful!

Sean and Erns were very helpful and professional. We were definitely looking for a new vehicle but wasn't sure which one. Erns helped us figure out which vehicle would work best for our family. Definitely going to be recommending to everyone I know

This was one of the worsts car buying experiences I’ve had in 30 years. 10k over MSRP. And crazy “Dealership add ons” I do feel bad for the young man that was helping me. He is fighting a losing battle when negotiating with anyone who has any sense about Vehicles. They State “military Discount” of a whole 500 bucks they had a car listed at 51k (47k MSRP) online you get there and it’s priced at 57k please if you are a young first time buyer Try JN Chevy if looking for a better deal. Don’t get ripped off buy scumbag dealerships.

We were trying to buy a new truck using the Costco Auto Program. It's supposed to be pretty black and white... you speak to a "Costco trained" salesman, they give you the Costco Members-Only Price Sheet and you decide if you want to buy or not. However, that's not at all what we got. Instead we got what seemed like a typical "salesy" experience. We finally just left after essentially just being left alone. Someone called the next day and asked about our experience, but that's the last we've heard from anyone. We went to Windward Nissan and bought a brand new Titan through the Costco Auto Program and what a night and day difference in customer service.

I do a bunch of business with Cutter Chevrolet for work. Their fleet manager Stu, really takes care of us. When I get to go to Cutter Chevrolet it is always a nice experience. I do feel that the service department office workers may need some work. In one year we bought about 4 trucks and an SUV from them and at the time those vehicles were being marked up like crazy due to supply and demand. One of the vehicles I took delivery of had an issue with a check engine light. Needless to say it took them a few days to figure out what was wrong. Keep in mind this is a brand new Silverado. They called me and after a long day at work I went down to properly take delivery of the vehicle (YAY it actually started), and I go to the service department to sign the paperwork for it and they have the nerve to say " That'll be something thousand dollars" and of course I made a face like "what the heck are you serious?!" and they start trying to poke fun at me as the customer saying "you should have seen your face" as the girls ridiculously laughed over each other. It was such a long day, I did not feel like fighting them and telling them that they should not make fun of someone when its their fault they cant deliver a brand new vehicle correct and the customer has to come back to take a proper delivery of their vehicle. We have definitely tapered our business with this dealer. Stu is the only reason why I am giving 3 stars. I would give negative stars if not for Stu.

Sales Representative Jerico, did really good in assisting us in our purchasing journey and I heard that we’re his first client that bought a Traverse. I will definitely recommend him and the whole team to anyone who plans to purchase their cars. Thank you team! - Donna, Tony & Lexa

Always have a great experience with salesman Erns! This is the 4th vehicle that Erns helped me with over the years and super excited about the new purchase! Also Russell for always helping out as well! Cutter has a great team of expertise and I highly recommend, they are more than a 5 star ⭐️ experience. Thank you guys for all that you do!!

Erns and Russell made the process of trading in our truck so easy. They answered all of our questions and made sure we knew about all of our options.Erns was very patient with us and although it was busy, he did not make us feel like we were being rushed or if he was in a hurry. We appreciate both of their hustle and efforts in ensuring we would leave the dealership with our top choice. Thank you both!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service, anywhere else just not here unless you are looking for horrible customer service, ignored phone calls and messages, slow motion work from staff that don't seem to care, and horrendous obscene overcharges even when no work is done, but you just want a quote for the cost of the repair and you tell them exactly what the problem is when you ask for the quote.I should have never given them a chance after the first time they changed the oil in my car and didn't bother tightening the drain bolt and all of the oil drained out of my car onto the garage floor in my parking spot. Unfortunately, I didn't learn my lesson and gave them a 2nd chance to again change my oil and re-pair or give my wife a quote to replace the TPMS sensors for the passenger side rear tire which wasn't working and I couldn't successfully re-pair it to the car. For the oil change and the obscene quote they provided (no replacement was done), I was charged $328.57. They charged me $175 to do nothing more than provide an outrageously ludicrous quote which is simply ridiculous. No work was done beyond the oil change but an extra $175 was added to my bill to provide a QUOTE. All that after trying for a week to actually get someone in service to pick up the phone to make an appointment in the first place. Don't bother leaving them a message no one will ever call you back. If you call the dealership side they'll tell you to call the service department where you go directly into the black hole of ignored messages. If you call back to the dealership side to explain the situation and ask to speak to a manager you're put on hold and then hung up on, but if you are persistent enough you will eventually get put through to a manager where... you guessed it end up in voicemail where you will never hear back. Nice circular loop they've devised to never address any issues. At least this time it appears they actually tightened the drain bolt so my car didn't lose all the oil. I should have known better than to go back there and give them another chance. Unless you have money to burn and don't mind being ignored and treated disrespectfully, please do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. You've been warned. I've been overcharged and cheated by them for the last time.

I went to Cutter Chevrolet just for regular service and I decided to look for an option of another car. Kelvin provided incredible service today! He was able to take time to really listen to what I was looking for. He was very patient and kind. I truly felt like he was working with me to find what I was looking for which was a huge benefit. Thank you Kelvin, as you know I will be a happy returning customer. Many blessings to you from my ohana to yours!

Service department needs to improve on communication - with customers and each other. I rescheduled my first appointment because I was not informed it would take all day & my car would need to be dropped off. Service manager did not communicate that it would take longer and eventually not be complete same day as we were told. After we drove into town at 4pm and had asked how long more, he advised possibly another hour. No problem. But shortly after, advised it wouldn't be done till next day around noon. We understand unforeseen issues may arise. However, keeping in good communication and being honest about the expectations goes a longer way and creates customer loyalty.

Awesome staff, everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful, from start to finish of the entire car buying process I have nothing but good things to say. I even got greeted before I walked in the door. I would definitely recommend buying from Cutter Chevrolet. I drove home knowing that these guys would help me in any situation I got into. 10/10

Guess I shouldn't be surprised that this place has terrible customer service. Should have read all the other reviews- Don't get me wrong the sales side is better than I expected- but wow- you just cannot get though to the service side. I've called for 2 days in a row- left messages and called over 7 times. No reply back til day 3. The poor girl who kept answering the mainPhone even commented that the service department is NOTORIOUS for not answering.I went there for my first service check up- as well as 2 recalls on the car- and yes the first maintenance with your Chevy is "included" when you buy or lease a car here- but idk what it is- we've had a Masada, a Volvo and a Tesla before this and omg Night and day.Chevys service department is just full of rude people. No smiles or customer service personality. It's almost like they don't wanna help you- pr don't want it to be their problem.I went on a run around from a phone call, to the service department cashier (super rude lady who told me- idk. As she stared are her paper and didn't even look at her computer) then over to the service advisor who then redirected me again to the financial contracts guy. Contract guy was busy so still no clear answer. The most helpfulPerson in all of my encounters here is the girl who answers the main phone line. She appears to genuinely wanna help you. Idk if it's because it's a "free" service but wow- even before I went from the cashier to the service manager (mind you it's a 30 sec walk)- the cashier department was heard loudly talking s*** about me to the service manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I love my Chevy but I wouldn't recommend this particular place because of the rude service department Every time I brought my car in for service for a warranty check or wanting to give them my credit card to offer to pay for a car wash while it's having service- The answer is always no- "the detailing guy isn't here"- he has never been there in the 4 times I've been there- I've even asked what days he's here- so I could schedule service on those days and I can never get a clear answer. But you don't have to listen to me or believe me- read all the other reviews about this place.
