i was happy to have been able to call in ,no matter what the item and i was helped by VERNA , who had excellent customer service, mahalo to her and CVS....i totally appreciate not having to bus it there to find out that the item was not in stock, now idk if it's time consuming for the workers and it's very appreciated....ALOHA!??

Went in to get passport photos. Very easy. Just inquire at the customer service desk. Took only a few minutes.

Although it's not 24 hours, I really appreciate how at least they open till 11 PM and they open again at 6 AM, it's the closest pharmacy to where I live. Fortunately, we haven't had to buy a lot of medicine here. I'm mostly come to shop with my coupons lol. The last time I was here, I got some cosmetics, skin, care, products, and some hallmark cards, and a bag of 3D pineapple gummies for free! I came here, kind of late around 9 PM, and the cashier who helped me was really friendly and helpful. This store doesn't carry as many selections as the CVS store on Ward Avenue, however, the location is so convenient that this is still my favorite longs or CVS.

Used to be Longs Drugstore, sign still says Longs but it's CVS. Friendly helpful staff.

My dad wanted a Dr. Pepper before the concert and Long's came to the rescue! Thankfully for being a member of the extra care program, I printed out my coupons and found a $1 off $5 cooler drinks coupon! They have great coupons here and we always find what we need! I wish some of the prices were cheaper but that's why you need to follow the sales.

I give it a 5 star for its medicines but I give it a 2 for the very unhappy disgruntled worker that literally opened the windows as I was her first customer. Wow! Early on a Sunday morning nobody likes that unhappy greeting. I hope she cheered up after the day kept going. I do however thank the staff for helping me out to get and put in my medicine that all of Walgreens didn't have anymore and on island I couldn't find it. Also, the ala Moana cvs is the only one that carried it. Crazy. I was very grateful and happy to be your first customer today but went away feeling badly. Oh well, I know not everyone is a happy person first thing in the morning. However, hey customer service is important!

Wow I just had the weirdest and worst experience at this pharmacy, which I use all the time, because I live right here in the high rises of kakaako. They were so rude and catty towards me. I was polite the whole time, just trying to pick up my anxiety medication. Which they clearly are aware I suffer from severe anxiety..from the medication I'm picking up...and I also have recently been suffering from horrible insomnia. So I'm fatigued & at the time in store, had a splitting headache and just wanted to get in and out smoothly. So unfortunately after paying I didn't check my medication until I got in the car and realized it was the wrong one. So I went back in asking to swap it out and then I got one of those coupons upon receipt and I had asked if I could use the $3 off vitamins coupon on something like tums, sometimes things scan. But instead the guy helping me asks the pharmacist if tums are a vitamin, then the pharmacist and one of the girl techs subtly laughed at me while I was still there, and can clearly hear the girl ask the pharmacist did I really just ask that and she replied yes she asked if tums are vitamins. As if I can't hear them right there a few feet away from me? Then I finished my transaction and was still polite and thanked the cashier, as I walked away I hear them cackling out so loud in laughter all together...as if I was walking away from a school yard in grade school. All because they thought I was asking if tums is a vitamin. Oh and because I saw that cvs brand had a sugar free option, does the name Brand offer a sugar free option? The guy at the cashier didn't even know any of the answers to my questions and he was actually nice at first but then in the end i guess decided to join in on the bandwagon with the pharmacist and her tech. And that wasn't what even what I meant at all, i just wondered if it would scan with the coupon. But regardless even if I am asking any sort of questions to do with their field of expertise, why would they pick on me like that? It's so crazy to me, especially that the pharmacist (the leader) would instigate this kind of behavior and be so rude to me for no reason throughout my time there. The workers will only be as good as their leader, if she leads by this kind of example then clearly they will follow this behavior. Im really disappointed that someone who is a professional in the medical field, would behave this way, someone that I would normally look up to. And I kept thanking them for their help like an idiot whilst being made fun of like that, left me feeling so uncomfortable. Really, so bizarre. I've honestly never experienced that before. I mean I've definitely dealt with catty women before, but not in this type of a professional environment, not to mention the customer service aspect that should be associated with this pharmacy within a convenience store. It makes me now feel extremely uncomfortable to return to this pharmacy location in the future, when it's always been my go to, so that really sucks that now. That I will have to find and use a different one. Not that they would care, they're quite busy. But still I'm a customer none the less...and literally did nothing to deserve this treatment. And yes I did have questions but who cares, isn't that what they are there for? To advise?? Geez....

very bad service . trying to pick up mediicine and he talk to me so rude . he is very very rude he shut me off just like that. ill never used this longs pharmacy again. i was in the wrong lane and this guy could easily tell me . oh mom line start over there but he did not. so i got skip . but in all this longs pharmacy very rude and give very bad !!!very servive Bad service!!! happen 11:25am sunday 1/17/2021
