Long’s Pali is a horrible & dangerous place to shop. There are always homeless people & drug addicts there as well as thieves who are allowed to steal. The store is not clean & is crowded with extra aisles of merchandise. The clerks are incompetent and rude. My daughter and I were both assaulted right outside their front doors and no one came to our aid. The pharmacy never has enough staff and some are extremely rude.Do not shop here.

The pharmacy is really bad. They are rude, do not care and cut you off when you talk. They don't have a way to talk to someone when you call but make you leave a message to call you back. If they call and you don't answer, they do not leave a message even if you tell them what you need.

I was very sad to hear that Longs Drugs is closed in few years ago many stores in the Kalihi and Downtown areas. I would like to see them open several Longs Drug Store mini-stores, similar in size to smaller convenience stores. I would like to be able to buy only the essentials like in a convenience store, even if it's a small store in the Fort Street Mall downtown.

I wanted to get a prescription rebilled through different insurance. The drop off technician told me to wait off to the side in front of her window for 15 minutes. I assumed she would be calling me to pick it up from her once done. I don’t work there and was not aware you can’t pick up from drop off. Better instructions would have been helpful. I waited for 30 minutes. Asked her if it was ready, she said I needed to get into the pick up line. Why couldn’t she tell me that from the start. I wasnt the only individual instructed to do so. There were 2 other people randomly waiting in front of her window. I would recommend to inform people to get back in the pick up line once available. Very unorganized

We have been shopping with longs for the last 50 years. The lady who helped my mom was unprofessional and rude make her feel unwelcome to be a customer, the cashier has a smiling face and was professional.

Waited almost 30 minutes in line to buy a single item. Please get with the times and install some self check out lanes. Your customers will thank you and you will do more business more efficiently.
