Went in this morning - the Kaimuki location - for packing tape. I found it after some browsing…which tempted me to purchase some candy for Halloween ( that’s what I am telling everyone ) that’s on sale.

I mainly go to get my prescriptions filled. But now that my health insurance pays for healthy food items ie, vegetables and fruits, I always get my fresh produce from Long's. Also the staff there are very helpful answering my question. Cool man

I stop here before work to pick up supplies for the office as well as to do my personal shopping. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the store is always bright and clean.

Worse place ever. The pharmacy is not a good place to visit. And as of right now, my family will never do business with them. Today at 2:00 p.m., we went to pick up a prescription from they, and they were sarcastic and arrogant. I like the other workers in the store are nice but the pharmacy is the worst. From the pharmacist to the helper and cashers, they are unprofessional except the older cashers. I never felt so unwelcome in a store. I now transferred all my perceptions to Safeway Kapahulu, where they treat you like they care about you. And they have a person to answer the phones!!! And you leave a message they actually call you back. I won't make longs any part of my day!!! I make Safeway a part of my day, now!!!

CVS Longs Drugs is becoming more and more like a generic mainland company. Gone are the days when everybody tried something new because it was on sale at Longs. They are no longer a local trend setter, just another follower stocking the exact same items you can find at a Target or Walmart at a higher price. I had to ask the cashier to check if I had any coupons or Extra Bucks on my account that I could use. This is something they should be doing automatically.

Longs Kaimuki has been a favorite stop all my life for 50+ years!! Always find good deals. And open 24 hours for last minute items. When lines get long, they open more cash registers!!!

The guy at the pharmacy acted like he didn’t care about me. Said he was off the clock. Why are you still up front? Didn’t bother to get anyone else to help me. Terrible service. Also, the store stunk

This store is amazing, I had almost forgotten what good customer service felt like but the team here is willing to go out of their way to help their customers.
When a minor issue arose at the checkout they didn’t blame the customer or give any attitude, instead they went above & beyond what I expected to resolve the problem in a fair and efficient manner.
I highly recommend this Longs location and will be a loyal customer going forward.
Highest praise for a great job.
