Went online to make appts with CVS Pharmacy Salt Lake becauae I remembered they carried the Pfizer-Covid shot. My friend needed a flu shot plus Covid shot...Scheduling was easy, & quick on the phone..A reminder was sent via text msg and everything went smoothly and quickly once we checked in and so happy that's done. Highly recommended.

Black mold on the ceiling above the pharmacy, directly above where drugs are sorted, is an unpleasant look. Also, potentially a health hazard.

I love new shopping carts, more big and clean than before.
Love the Saltlake shopping center stuffs helped and smiles. Fantastic greetings and clean store. Also I saw security cameras outside for safe us. Greetings with smiles, made me warm family welcome to me . Thank you who works at this store stuffs and supervisor Marilyn and manager and cashier ♡

Longs, Salt Lake is great, and absolutely awesome. Here, they treat you like family. They always go above and beyond. They are friendly and very hospitable. The store is clean and organized. I am very happy and satisfied with service I receive each time I come here.

Like every other business there are friendly employees & there are not so friendly employees. That's just how it is. & that's something I can understand. But what is frustrating is when their website clearly states OPEN 24 HRS MON-SUN. But that is not true. There were times I came by at 10:15 pm they were closed. I thought maybe they were doing inventory or something. Another time I came by around midnight & they were closed. If they are not gonna be open 24 hrs Mon-Sun they should edit their hrs as such on their website & on the front of the store. So their customers time won't be wasted coming to the store for nothing.

They need to get self checkout kiosks. I'm not sure if it's short staff issue, or this location just don't want to have multiple customer reps during busy hours. It really isn't their fault. So dont be jerks to those who show up. We're short staffed everywhere. Would appreciate a change or atleast an upgrade to self checkout kiosks. Good grief

Only go there if you live near Salt Lake and really need something that only longs has. There’s no reason to go to this location if you don’t live near Salt Lake. Lines are always backed up and the cashiers nor majority of the staff don’t seem to care about quick and efficient service when its really busy or busy at all. Too much story talking when lines are backed up into the aisles. In my opinion you’re better off going to safeway at the oposite end of the Salt Lake Shopping Center where employees/casiers are encouraged to have fast and efficient sevice so that lines are moving quickly with better service when you need help finding items you are looking for as well

Disappointed! This asian dude I am not sure if he is the manager or whatever, wearing the red shirt that day. Took a photo of me for my passport but did not show me the photos and deliberately print them. Dude was dumb because the background was the one that is in FOCUS and not my (the subject). He was rushing and did not communicate at all aside from saying "Just pay this at the cashiers"
Not anymore. SMH

Shopping at Longs is always my"Happy Place" to shop! Prices, products available all co-incide with the way I like and enjoy shopping! All team members working there were very helpful and readily assisted me for things I needed to locate!

Went to Longs Drugs aka CVS to get some Mucinex DM, the one that I wanted on the shelf was empty. I asked Randy at the register for Assistance. He got me some help on the floor.
product was in inventory in the back and they took it to the register for me I was able to get the medication, I really need it, bad cold! Thank you, Randy!
