The staff on site are great, but as usual corporate has tried to cut costs by offshoring all the customer service (people who answer the phone), and those people have no clue what is going on at Waterfront Plaza and will tell you it's ready when it's not.

I was taking a expensive drug that needed to administered at the clinic. Fortunately my insurance and a program brought the cost to $5. I had a reaction to the drug and was unable to take it. The day that I was schedule to take the next dose, the doctor discontinued it. So I was charge for the Rx. I called the doctor, and CVS Pharmacy to be sure the Rx was cancelled. A month later I was billed for the drug by CVS Pharmacy. Again I called the doctor's office, the clinic and CVS to let them know the Rx order was rescinded. CVS rep said the drug was ordered so I am responsible, too bad pay the co-pay and the doctor's office said it was cancelled.
I was ready give in and pay the co-pay, but received another bill for the Rx. I called customer service to make sure the Rx was cancelled, they told me the doctor's office was to blame and I am responsible for the co-pay. He added, CVS will send the bill to collection and ruin my credit even for a $10 bill.
The 2 issues are: what happened to the $4000 dollars of Rx and I never got the drug that I am being billed for. Was it ever delivered, was it returned for credit? Can I trust a company like this with my Rx and health?

I live on the Big Island. My Humira has to be shipped to me. I ordered my first two injections by phone. They said they would send it to the CVS in Waimea. I went there about a week later only to find out that my order had not been shipped. I had to wait another week for it to be shipped to the Big Island. Now I'm having problems with having my sharps container sent. I placed my request on the CVS Specialty Care website. When I picked up my order new of injections I only got the pens. No container!
