This is why I’m transferring all of my prescriptions out of CVS! I needed my antibiotics delivered so I paid $10 for the extra care and I ordered $35 worth of bandages. Not only was my medication not in the bag, the pharmacist informed me there would be a $9.00 charge to have it delivered. What a rip off! I’m cancelling the extra care and moving to another pharmacy.

Having attempted to utilize the pharmacy four times now with no good luck. I attempted to drop off a prescription last night. I walked there. I'm needing a knee replacement. I was sent away by a member of the staff. I called today and spoke with a the male pharmacist. I asked him if they could fill my prescription. He said yes after checking the inventory. I called back to ask a question. I asked for a pharmacist. Then she told me she had the deciding factor and they would not be filling my prescription. The exact same person that provided me bad service the first time. Couldn't get prescriptions filled. Refused to look up insurance.

This location is may be infested with roaches. I am an asthmatic and took my mother there to pick up her medication on Super Bowl Sunday. When the doors slid open, the oh so familiar horrendous roach infestation stench hit me (I forgot my mask) and triggered an allergic reaction. I had no choice but to go in to help my 90 year old mother with her shopping.
I could smell the infestation for the rest of my day.
I would like to suggest that the AC and air ducts in the Pali location be thoroughly cleaned or replaced and the storage area disinfected. People of all ages seem to frequent this location. I am surprised that the staff can work in that environment, especially the Pharmacy.

The woman Maryanne didn't even know how to run my Medicaid insurance so I wound up paying for the prescription, only to go to a different CVS which called Pali CVS to tell them how to process my prescription so I could get my money back. I didn't want to stand and listen to Maryanne argue with me about my MEDICAID insurance so I paid and left. CVS CareMark is the drug plan benefit provider and I KNEW what I was talking about - Maryanne needs further training!!

Yeah it's a pretty decent place. Not only did I get medicine, but also OTC meds, a book, some food, and snacks. Place has a drive thru, and parking. Good to get vaccines and flu shots. Can use your Extra Care card or your Employee Extra care card for a little bit more savings. Every penny counts. Like any place friendly staff and one or two that gets argumentative with you. But that's life.
