Remember: blame the victim. CVS sends an email at 1am unilaterally cancelling my upcoming 7am vaccine appointment. How does the email start? “If you did not request this…” and then goes on to list other possible excuses.

I love interacting with the personnel at this is pharmacy MORE than my own PCP.. every soul behind that counter is professional, friendly, move with purpose, and are knowledgeable in both inventory and exude medical prowess. Thank you all!

the Worstwanted a COVID test (urgent need for flight with family), could NOT get it. Wanting to pay out of pocket, because said I have insurance but then didn't have the papers with me, but they already had put in the system etc. I don't know.. Omg. Shouldn't this be easy, if anything??

There are good checkout clerks at this store. I had a tech issue with a promotional coupon. Chelsea, not only is she polite and courteous, she went above and beyond to make it right when I just know other stores would say, "I'm sorry." This is what makes CVS a part of the community. CVS needs more Chelsea(s) in there stores.
