Damon began his career in the telecommunications industry, eventually leading a multinational telecommunications firm based in Tokyo and Singapore, serving the entire Asia-Pacific region. In 2002, he relocated to Hawaii with his family to pursue his long-held aspiration of a career in real estate. He joined Hawaii Pacific Century Properties in 2014, where he distinguished himself as the top producer in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Building on this success, Damon established his own brokerage, Damon Hawaii Pacific International Properties, in 2021.
