This is a well-run, mobile detail business. I called Detail Lab Hawaii after the first detailer I called kept canceling and rescheduling. Arvin got me on his schedule within a few days, confirmed our appt the day before and day of. Showed up early and did a great detail on our SUV within a few hours. We have a ceramic coating on our car, so this review only covers their handwash of exterior, wheels, plus vacuuming/wiping of interior surfaces. Very clean and professional detail. As well as fair pricing. We would use them again and will recommend to friends/family.

My Tesla had been sitting outside while I was off island for about two months collecting dirt and bird droppings. When I got back to Oahu, I needed to get my car fully detailed before the weekend, which was in two days. I reached out to about a dozen different auto detailers on Yelp, and Detail Lab Hawaii was the most accommodating to my short schedule. I worked directly with Arvin. He was prompt, had excellent communication, and had a great attitude. The results were nothing short of tremendous, and he had finished sooner than what he had initially quoted me (bonus). I will 100% be taking my car back to Detail Lab Hawaii in the future!
