Got there right before 9 on a Saturday and might've really lucked out with timing being in and out within 10 minutes. Cheri assisted me today and she was a true professional. Very friendly and made the whole appointment comfortable. Always hate needles and always will but it was quick, painless and barely noticeable. Good experience!

I've been told my veins are difficult to find and get on the first try. As a reference the ER at Queen's missed three times and they brought in an ultrasound device to find it. Nikki got it on the first try every time I've seen her she is awesome.

Plan to spend a good part of your day at this particular location. The amount of staff working is quite deceiving. For example, if there are four phlebotomists on duty, one is usually on break and the other is working in the back which leaves two in the front. Most times only one will be doing the specimen collection. The average time per patient is about twenty minutes so three people in front of you will easily be a forty-five minute to a one hour wait. The staff will make copies of your identification and insurance information, which they don't keep on file, even for patients that require weekly blood work. This leads me to believe that this company in the business of killing trees which makes them environmentally irresponsible. There are other locations where you can be in and out of in about ten minutes. Definitely not this one.

I don't walk around town with a mask on. But with one foot barely in the door and before I could even put my mask on the staff was telling me to put my mask on. I mean, could they not wait a second for me to put my mask on? It was clearly in my hand. It's was a purple mask. The staff tells me it's company policy. Well then the sign should say "BEFORE ENTERING. Please put on your mask." Otherwise, allow patients to enter and promptly put their mask on. I wasn't even past the door. I can see if I got all the way to the counter with no mask. Or was sitting in the waiting room with no mask. Also, I can certainly respect the facility to require to put a mask on. But to have these employees jumping on people with barely one foot in the door is pretty absurd. Walked out.

Don't show up early. ? if you show up at opening times you'll wait at least an hour. For some reason after 7am, there's no line. ??

Really, really slow. 1 hr wait for a simple blood draw and I only had 6 people in front of me. I will not come to this place again.

It's 5:30am Saturday morning and there are 18 people ahead of me and only one person to process everyone. This is not right! At 6:00 another worker arrived. Let's see how long this goes on before they send surge assistance.

I came here yesterday because I asked my dr to order me a cholesterol test. We recently are going through the process of getting life insurance. So because of that we had to take a health assessment. My husband results were way off so I decided to check mine again since my cholesterol seemed pretty high. My dr sent my test to a Diagnostic Lab. Diagnostic Lab is great because there are so many locations. And their hours are convenient for many. This location is right next to the tire place for Costco. They opened at 6:00am. I got there around 7:00am. Before you go in there's a bunch of messages on the door pretty much telling you that if you're sick, then you should come another day. I went in and the lady welcomed me and told me to grab a number from outside. They have a good system here. They just call your number and then it's your turn. I had about three people before me so the wait wasn't too bad. When it was my turn, the lady who took my blood was kind and courteous. She was done in no time. Results were quick too, my dr messaged me a few hours later saying that my cholesterol was lower because I fasted before my blood test.

When your child turns two, he or she is required to get a blood test for iron deficiency, or something. Our first attempt, at a different location was an unmitigated disaster and we had to do it again. So, we came to this location very close to our house. After a short wait at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, Chantel (or Crystal? I apologize, amazing woman, for possibly not catching your name) came in and made this previously trying experience a total breeze. Just before pricking my child's left hand for blood, she had him sit on my lap and then instructed me on how to place my body and hands in such a way to maximize my ability to restrain the naturally resistant toddler from screaming and squiggling away but without risk of physical damage to either one of us. It worked perfectly. A finger p***** band-aid, and sticker later we were on our way. Chantel's expertise is absolutely unmatched and she is brilliant. Honestly, she should be training every technician on how to get blood draws from small children. She took the stress and struggle out of the process, something our previous tech was not able to do. Thank you!
