I could hardly understand what was being told to me when I had the consultation over zoom. Although I did understand what they wanted to charge me. Ummm. No thank you.

Just FYI, during our consultation Alan stated that he is not interested in customers for tax assistance for one year. That was an immediate turnoff. Who's to say I wouldn't have gone back to him year after year? I was not impressed.
