I came into the store for the first time like two weeks ago (I think), and had a very pleasant time. I was greeted by Isaiah whom was really welcoming, nice, informative, thoughtful, and patient with me while I was browsing. I felt like I was being respected regardless of purchasing or not (which I really like and appreciate!:)))
Fast forward to a couple of days later, I met the other team members (Boss Lee, Kalif, and Elijah) who were all so nice and helpful. After many revisits, we’re more than just team members and customer now; it feels like a big family instead (yayy!><). The aloha spirit I get from them is really heartwarming.
Big shout out to you guys! Hope to be back one day in the future & buy more things;)

This location is amazing!! If you are walking in please ask for Isaiah! He is the BEST!!! I promise! Very patient and helpful and will help you find exactly what you want! He is very truthful!

had a great experience at this store! the sales supervisor helping me out, elijah, was super approachable and patient! i initially came in looking for a style that ended up not fitting me the way i wanted it to, but elijah was super thorough and helped me find a pair of jeans that i ended up really loving! ill definitely be a returning customer of this store location whenever im back in hawaii :]

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible customer service I received from Elijah. Despite the store being super busy when my mum, sister, and I dropped by, Elijah went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing shopping experience. He was so knowledgeable about the products and represented the Diesel brand so well with his thoughtful styling advice. His effort and professionalism truly stood out, and I think it deserves to be recognised!!

My daughter was looking to purchase a necklace. She was undecided but all of the staff there were very friendly and patient with her and offering her advice. It was a very good shopping experience and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products.

I bought a knitwear, but the fabric was torn, and even though I don't have many opportunities to go to Waikiki, I was told to come directly to the store to have it replaced, which made me uncomfortable.

Had a phenomenal experience at this location buying a pair of jeans with my brother. Poi was so kind and incredibly attentive and helpful - she took her time to get to know us and offered to ship the pants back to CT for us to avoid the extra luggage weight. She apologized because the store was abnormally busy but she had absolutley no reason to - she was already being 1000 times more helpful and attentive than any other store I’ve been in. She truly embodied the “Aloha Spirit” and made an otherwise mundane shopping trip super personal and engaging! Thank you so much! :) Great meeting you!
