I dreaded having to deal with a storage facility, but with Paris's help, I felt super comfortable leaving my items here. She was diligent at explaining everything thoroughly, and I knew exactly what to expect. Would recommend Paris and this particular storage location to everyone! What a great experience.

I’m very happy with my storage. It’s convenient and easy to use. My first week I was lost getting into the building, but once I figured out how to get in the gate and another customer was kind enough to give me directions through the hallway, I was okay. This is my first time renting one; Paris walked me through the paperwork well. It’s worth the cost. Thanks for taking genuine care!

Paris was very helpful in securing me a spot! Other storage places are same cost or higher than here but very dirty. This place is clean and has climate controlled for most units. Easy to get in and out and plenty carts most of the time. Highly recommend this spot.

I just want to share how deeply grateful I am for Kathy at the Kahala Public Storage. This was not an easy experience for us — my husband recently lost his dad, and he didn’t have the emotional strength to go through his father’s things. I ended up taking on the task of putting items into storage, which felt overwhelming at first.
From the moment I walked in, Kathy treated me with such kindness and understanding. She wasn’t just doing her job — she was patient and showed genuine compassion at a time when it meant more than words can say. I don't rhink she knew how much that meant to me.
What could have been a very painful and stressful day turned into something manageable because of Kathy’s warmth and care. I’ll never forget how she made a hard situation just a little lighter, and I’m so thankful to her for that.

The renting of a storage locker went so smoothly due to that person assisting me with the rental. Her name was Paris who was the nicest person, friendly, and very easy going. She explained everything I needed to know and was very professional during the rental process.
