STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY BAY PHARMACY !!!. The asian lady pharmacist who works here cannot speak English well and has no clue in how to process my prescriptions with or without insurance. I brought my doctor's prescription for blood pressure and she keeps on telling me "Too early for your insurance" which I did not comprehend at first. So I told her that I will just pay out of pocket but then she says that she will try again with my insurance. I told her that I was in a hurry and was willing to pay cash but she kept on insisting. Apparently, she did not understand me. I grabbed my prescription and went to Walgreen. If you like to wait, argue, and feel frustrated and still pick up nothing this is the perfect pharmacy for you.

The pharmacist is extremely hospitable and kind, and the pharmacy is very well organized. She was very helpful and also went out of her way wrap a wound for me

Wonderfully professional and helpful staff / pharmacists.I went in and asked for assistance with a cough and they gave me their own label Cough Suppressant DM. It is the best cough syrup I have ever used. Truly helpful and relieved all symptoms for 12 hours! Not even kidding. I went back and got another box to just have "on hand" for the next round. (You can't get it anywhere else!) So grateful for this little gem of a pharmacy and I highly recommend them!

My child ate cashew nuts and developed vomiting and hives, so I came here in a hurry. A Korean pharmacist kindly explained things to me.Fortunately, my condition improved as they recommended medication.Have fun with the rest of your journey.

Poor customer service! Had to wait in for one hour to get the receipt of my purchase even though there was no-one in line! Their systems were not working Nd they just didn’t admit it.

Really nice staff who's easy to work with. I was in and out of there in no time. Gave me follow up instructions and took the time to call me to make sure I understood the instructions on the prescription I picked up.
