This is the worst customer experience I’ve had with a queue. No signage, lots of people n different lines and once I made my way to the desk after 40 minutes., they said I was in the wrong line and needed to start with he sign-n line. But I already had a reservation so why is there a separate line?!I recommended that the agent improve signage and his miserable response was “okay boss”. No apologies, nothing. He might enjoy his job a bit more if customers were informed on the queueing process, one which also inefficient.

Horrible company, horrible policies, cars are dirty and after a 10hr+ flight, it took me longer to rent my car then to get through customs and immigration. What’s the point of booking a car online, saved no time. And an error on their side (10pm return time, they put am), but I’m still one that gets charged. I’ll take this waste of time and money as hard lesson. Go with Hertz or somebody else.

Read before you rent.Location on Google is wrong, we lost about an hour trying to find the space Love the service of the representative. Hated the long wait and computer issues.Charges were fine the hold on a CC couldn't update the payment type. The hold and charges were processed quickly. A few days later another hold was placed on my card without my authorization. Which happened to be the amount of my rental. A significant amount which impeded my holiday and access to services while in a foreign country

Jenna on the night shift was excellent not just checking our car out but also was a wealth of information about Waikiki and also some local favorites. Great CSR!

500+ dollars charged for an overnight rental. Ridiculous options are added with no explanation. I should have looked closer at what Iwas signing but this place is ridiculous.

I wished I saw the reviews before renting. Unfortunately, its looking like an hour+ to get a car. They make you stand in 2 lines. 1st to get voucher, and 2nd for them to get you the car. Probably the same for each service from what i can see.However, Looking at other companies proceeess. Hertz has a small 2nd line, enterprise/national no line.If you are renting off hours it might not be that bad but for us at 11 in the morning it was a 60-75 min. Process. I traveled have alot and this is amongst the worst I've seen. Staff were fine, apparently the problem is lack of staff, and likely limited cars.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH DOLLAR RENTAL AT HONOLULU AIRPORT!!!!! We had a confirmed reservation. We arrived at Dollar at 2:30 pm - Stood in line until 4:30 pm to get our contract - then waited until after 6 pm to actually get the car - 3.5 hrs!! Staff was supportive but clearly they way overbooked their capacity to process reservation and deliver car in a reasonable amount of time. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
