I have passed by this store so many times but my son saw something that caught his eye so we went it. And wow, aloha shirt HEAVEN!!!! They have a wonderful selection of aloha shirts in all sizes and prices. There is also an area with a few vintage hawaiian dresses as well. Great place to stop by if you are in need of an aloha shirt. And February IS aloha shirt month so stop by here is you need one!

I was excited to check this place out. They have lots of cute stuff but it is way overpriced for certain things. Therealreal has much better deals. But, if you have the cash to drop it is a cute place to have some finds.

I was walking back to my car this way and happened upon the store. i went in and was looking around. i found brooch section. the gold one was 30 and the others were priced 5. 8 and 5. costume jewelry. the gold one was the 30.00 one. i was asking for a particular pattern and the helpful store associate was looking for it and the man and lady were ringing me up. they were talking in japanese and i was preoccupied with her looking for it i didnt notice till i git iut the door they had overcharged me. the prices were clearly visible on the backing thing they were on but then they removed them from the holder and put them in a ziploc bag. im not so cheap i can't afford and extra 12 dollars but it is more the principle that they were dishonest.

I was looking for a unique Hawaiian Aloha Shirt to wear to a wedding to match with my wife's dress. And I found it at Eco Town Select at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. A unique "thrift store" specifically stocked with men's aloha shirts and other designer products that are gently used. Very friendly service and the products are displayed in a very organized fashion. Most of the prices are very reasonable, especially the aloha shirts. Check out their website for exclusive designer goods.

Those Asians have mental problems or think that you are a moron lol. I brought them two pairs of original Jordans in retail in the Nike app are 130 and 160 brand new. They offered me 65 dollars for the two pairs ?. They treat customers like they are addicts or they are simply scammers. And the funny part you need to leave your items there and wait 20 minutes to received a call to get your offer and if you don’t return on time , they want to steal your items. For sure that store will go bankrupt soon, I don't think they will last 2 more years.

Do not sell at this location! If need be go to Iwelei instead. I have been a long time reseller at this location and have seen a down fall in the level of customer service and pricing for purchases in the last year. I took my GUCCI keychain ( mind you this is a $200+ ) and a few other items to the store to sell, and to my astonishment they tried to offer me $15. Really? Oh and btw I didn't mentioned but last time I went, they bought my Ferragamo bag I had for $30 and had it displayed for $300. Seriously? What ever happened to offering 30% of what EBay sells it for. The place is super over stocked, and over priced. The quality of customer service has dropped tremendously. I advise this location to think twice about there pricing complaints will start flowing into the BBB.

I’ve been a long time reseller for them for some time. Today I would no longer sell to this particular location and just stick to the Iwelei location instead. I tried to sell my Gucci Keychain ( $200 + keychain ) and they tried to give me $15. Really??? Last time I sold my Ferragamo bag for $30 and they had it displayed for $300. Seriously?? I’ve had enough of there constantly low balls and if you really need to sell, I would suggest to go sell to the Iwelei location, better, friendly employees there.

My husband found a tommy Bahamas shirt for $20 on the sale rack. It was very wrinkly and they offered to steam it for free! The employees were very kind & they have a great selection of clearance "aloha shirts" or you can buy them off the regular rack for $40-50.

I came all the way from a ross the island to discover they close their system off at 6pm. The hours show till 8pm they should have that listed if that were the case. Highly disappointed.

Good used item store. This location mostly focuses on touristy things, like ukuleles, Aloha shirts, handbags, etc. It’s still a good place to look around if you want to try to score one of the big brand Aloha shirts for a slight discount. Most of the patterns are dated and/or gaudy though.

I was reading through some of these reviews about the associates being rude, and I don't get it. They two men working there were nothing but nice. We didn't need our hands held while surveying the goods, but asked to see a number of items, and they were helpful, honest and fully disclosed any imperfections in the products. We found an amazing LV bag in really good condition, Prada and Chanel heels, and a pair of shades. You have to hunt a little to find the treasures and bargains, but that's all part of the fun! All in all, we are stoked about our purchases and the experience! I suspect if you're asking about return policy, warranted etc they might get annoyed since you're in a second hand store, but overall these guys were great! We will definitely be back and hope to find some more amazing items!

Customer service is very rude. I was asking an employee a question and another employee (older Asian man) interrupted our conversation and yelled at me. Their selection isn't worth the low quality of customer service they have. There are many other thrift stores around Waikiki, I'd strongly suggest going there as I've never experienced an encounter this rude.
