Best place for alterations. The ladies are kind and very, very efficient.My spouse had two pairs of pants altered for just $25. They just knew how short my spouse wanted them and they fit her perfectly. Will always use them for future services.Get there early because parking might be tight. Just park in the front of their store and measurements should be quick.Plan accordingly because it's extra for expedited jobs. Aloha ??

Mama has done alterations for me for at least 8 years and has always came thru! Support local and mama. She will be honest with how the outfit look on you! Thank you Mama for always making me look good in my clothes

My go to place when any thing I need hemmed or to be taken in. This is a very dependable company & they are professional at their craft. The seamstresses are amazing at their work. You can't even tell where the seam started or ends. I've been taking my clothes to the Mapunapuna and wahiawa locations for years. They are the best!

This is my go-to place for alterations. They accommodate me with any job from complicated sizing requests to the simple hem or button hole. These ladies do phenomenal work so I am always excited when the work is done. I have been a loyal customer from their first location at 99 Ranch to the new location in Kalihi.

While they did pay for my lost or stolen pants (their words not mine), I was far from pleased not getting my pants returned to me two days after dropping them off. Now my suit is only a jacket. Poor service, excuses and giving me the run around as if I caused the issue.

Let me start by saying definitely shop around if you have the time and means of travel. This place is very inconsistent with pricing. Double check your receipt with what they write on your copy of the job order. Don't be surprised if they have you come back the day after your scheduled pickup date.

My girl went to this place. Needing her dress to be done before her friends wedding. She gave them the dress two weeks ago. Come to find out they haven't started anything on her dress. They even lied to her saying we did some things to the dress. We take a look at the dress and not one thing was changed. Even lied to her even more saying "we needed the heel part to be changed" so we asked how come you guys never called to tell us? Their response was " oh we lost your receipt". WOW how do you run a company and lose the customers receipt? This place is trash

I took a chance with this place after seeing the mixed reviews from everyone else. I went in to alter my suit pants leg length. They had a place for me to put it on and then the lady would set a pin. She put a pin on only one leg saying that she is experienced so she only needs to pin 1 side. 1 week later, I picked up the pants and asked if I could try it on before I leave. My request was rejected and I was told to come back if I don't like it. When I went home to try on the pants, the leg that had the pin was good, but the other leg was too long. I am not happy with their service overall. I'll probably come back if I am desperate, but if not, I will test my luck elsewhere.

Although I don't come here as much as I used to while I was still a member of the Hawaii Air National Guard, it is still my go to place whenever I need some alterations done. The ladies here are really nice and do very good work, to include sizing you properly whenever you come in for a fitting so that your clothes comes out exactly how you want it to be after the alterations are done. Although the prices have gone up over the years, like everything else in the world, they still do quality dwork and they will try their best to get it done for you by the date you need it done.
