Kudos to Jason who was very friendly and helped resolve a minor issue. Can’t wait to go back for my next suit. Cheers and Mahalo.

Treated badly by someone who appeared to be a manager dressed in formal military type wear. I was on vacation, lost in this huge mall due to a slight family emergency and I needed directions. This manager looked me up and down, I was casually dressed, as I walked out she spewed what sounded to be negative slang toward me in front of a patron she appeared to highly regard as if she were securing the area. Shame on this haughty manager’s bitter customer service toward anyone who could be a customer at another time.

This has been so far the best Giorgio Armani store I been to in the USA !!! I was here in February!!!!! When I told them what I was looking for , they made me feel like a valued customer , all the style of shirts I was looking for was organized and put into a personalized rack for me to choose from, next time I return to Honolulu I will definitely shop here again !!!! Thank you everyone who works at this store !!!! Best one in the country

Super expensive for what you get. They have a guard at the entrance and makes you feel like you need a credit statement when you arrive. This is a tourist spot and I know Hawaii is expensive, but this is a little overboard.... Even for me. Additional note to Yelp. I sure hope this review doesn't violate your guidelines.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! BUYERS BEWARE. I rarely leave reviews on retail stores, but the experience I had at Giorgio was truly, and most shockingly disappointing. My fiancé and I were shopping around for a suit for our wedding and entered the store. We were just browsing when the sales persons, including Chasen Yuu, started putting on different jackets and pinning them in for a "custom" look. We had, at multiple points, mentioned politely that we needed to leave and would perhaps come back a different time. But they were very insistent on spending time to continue trying things on. I even mentioned we had a dinner to get to. We were obviously very uncomfortable and wanted to get out. Which was something they should have been respectful of. Then, out of feeling bad for the time they spent (after we politely expressed we wanted and needed to leave several times) we had just purchased one shirt. Which didn't even fit my fiancé and they would need to order one in. The next day, we tried returning the shirt. Which by the way, DIDN'T EVEN ARRIVE IN STORE AND WE NEVER TRIED ON. The worst part was their DRACONIAN return policy!! Which is, NO RETURNS. When a store has such a draconian return policy, common etiquette would suggest that just as a matter of notification, the store should inform the customer prior to purchase in line with practices at Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, etc. Which, they totally didn't. ZERO NOTICE. So now we are stuck with either the horrible shirt which reminds us of the situation, which we have PTSD from, or store credit we will never use. When a company stands by its products it offers, it should be truly confident in it. That, in my mind, means that if there is buyers remorse, the company would accept the returned goods. This is clearly a case in which the company cannot stand by its products and has no confidence in them. The only way they can make sales is by manipulating customers into buying things, and then never having even a chance to have second thoughts - to an extent, a scam, if you will. This is easily and hands down the worst retail shopping experience of my life. Add to that, the continued text messages from the sales team to make everything seem like everything is normal and that they are being helpful. It adds more to the trauma and stress. You know what would be more helpful? A return and peace of mind. I highly recommend not walking into this store as to avoid bad energy from entering into your life. Or being very sure you 100% like the item before you buy as you will never be able to return it. Not even 24 hours later without the item even at the store location. Please be very careful Yelpers!!!

Back in the 2000's when I was a young, broke college student on a budget, Armani Exchange was one of my favorite stores to shop to be fashion forward while trying my best to not break the bank. Shame on myself for I haven't written a single review on AX and Emporio Armani after receiving numerous great customer service. Over the weekend, I recently received a message from Jin inviting me to visit their brand new Giorgio Armani boutique in Ala Moana Center. By surprise my name happened to still be in Jasmine's clientele book from the last purchase I made at EA. So what do you do that we've all be doing during pandemic/lockdown. Online web shopping to get up to date on what's in season. Pro's: - The layout of this new store is clean and simple. Much softer earth tones on the floors and carpet now and helps me see Mr. Armani's collection in better lighting. - The clothes/shoes are all Italian made, tasteful, and very high end. - Excellent and knowledgeable sales associate, I find Jin very friendly and helpful. Always pleasant to browse here even while you're at the mall. Con's: - Floor size is much more smaller yet intimate, most items are not in stock but can be easily transferred from another store. - Both AX and Emporio have left Ala Moana. - I'd have to fly to the nearest Armani Cafe or restaurants either in Tokyo or NYC lol ;-) Tip's: * Visit the website before heading down to the store. * Build and maintain a relationship with one of the sales associates. The relationship will literally suit you both sartorially and financially.

I recently wanted to treat myself as I recently received good news about my scholarship and I thought "why not get a high end bag?" LOL. While shopping, I walked into Armani and was greeted by all of the workers. One worker in particular, by the name of Elizabeth was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Thank you! Next time I have money, I definitely will be returning

Did not feel the excellent customer service and no greeting just stared down with body language wrong store. So sad and bought a $175 t shirt and provided a box with no bag. Totally disappointment!!
