The small washing machine takes 25 minutes and is 20 quarters which means if you are doing your laundry you will have it done in no time. However, the staff makes the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Horrible.
Ok, we have been to Asian laundries in Asia many times. This is a disgrace. Unfriendly. EXPENSIVE!!!! 36$ Cash for 10pds wash, dry, fold. Fast, yes.
But the quality of the wash was horrible. More stains than before.
Don’t go there. Or wash yourself.

Worst laundry ever and most uncomfortable place! No wonder no one is using this laundry despite of good location. First, so many rules are posted on all over the wall and glass window. Second, the female staff (owner?) doesn’t know how to treat the customers. No smile and no support but everything she says is “commanding tone.” We never seen this kind of shop owner. We actually never asked for her help but she comes to tell us “do this” and “do that” in harsh tone. There is another laundry right across the street from this place. So we recommend people to go there.

Very nasty korean woman took 2$ for soap and put put one table spoon in the machine. When i told her she was nasty she said dont come back any more. I will never will

Customer service awful. Rude and unfriendly. I was rushed and the woman was mean. She snapped at me several times.

The washing machines and dryers were okay - they did their job. However, the customer service was really bad. The staff was so unfriendly that we didn’t even dare to ask any questions, which was frustrating since it was our first time there, and we could have used a quick introduction.
We figured things out on our own, but the staff member also told us we weren’t allowed to leave the laundromat, even though there was a sign stating that we just needed to return before the wash cycle was finished.
Not a great experience.

Probably worst laundry I been in my life. Employee is so rude when I asked a question. I'm sorry if you hate your job you don't have to be rude to customers better of quit your job . No aloha whatsoever.

We had some electrical issue with our unit so we had to do our laundry here. To wash, it’s $9 for a medium load, $10 for a big load and $6 for a smaller load. We didn’t use the dryer here. It also offers full service of wash, dry and fold for $3.10 per pound with a 11 pounds minimum. This place has many machines and it offered the option to do your laundry for a fee as well. The place was fairly clean, except the owner lady was kind of mean when she talked to me insisted that i stay with my laundry or return in exactly 23 minutes. Very strict here. And, may be she wasn’t trying to be mean to me, but her demeanor and tone of her voice scared me.

Warning: Stay away from this business.
I had a deeply upsetting experience there today. When I arrived, I didn’t realize the business only accepted cash, so I mentioned that I needed to check my car for money. Before I could even leave to grab it, the owner rudely rushed me. When I asked why she can’t show little patience, she said things like, “Don’t you see I have other jobs to do?”
I returned with the money less than a minute later, only to be met with more hostility. She yelled at me to leave and even threw my blanket that already had detergent over at me as I was walking out. To make matters worse, she directed offensive comments at me about my ethnicity, which is completely unacceptable.
Other customers there mentioned that this behavior is common, and I believe it’s unfair for our community to endure this kind of treatment. Read other people’s review on Yelp. Everyone deserves to feel respected when using local services.
If you’ve had similar experiences here, I’d encourage you to speak up as well. No one should have to face such hostility, especially in their own neighborhood.
