The staff at this Enterprise location deserve a very "major MAHALO!" in contributing to a very affordable & delightful customer service experience to a couple of haoles from Canada during our month-long visit to O'ahu (hard to believe a decade has passed--another story!). They have had to work under very trying circumstances balancing the daily workload they have, yet the staff came thru for us three (3) straight wkends in a row in setting up memorable vehicle rental experiences--last minute, we ended up renting for a 4th time! Work with these great folks & they will work hard for you--! Plus do yourself another major favour: save $$ by not having to be at the mercy of Waikiki rates, & enjoy some valuable exercise walking/busing to this very handy location between the Ward Centre & the famed Ala Moana shopping mall. Look forward to working with this Enterprise venue come our next visit--MAHALO again!

So while my car is in the shop State Farm provided a rental car through enterprise. Upon dropping my car off at the body shop I walked over to enterprise to get a vehicle. They were all really nice. Walked me up to the roof to where the cars are. The person up there said they only had two cars left a Nissan kick and a Toyota Corolla . I told them that I needed a car comparable to my 7 season Toyota Highlander as this is our family car and a family of 6. They said they don't have and would be expecting drop offs after lunch that they would call me to replace the vehicle. I was doing this in my lunch break so I figured kill come after work. I called after work and they said they could not upgrade me that they needed me to pay out of pocket for a larger vehicle . Mind u no one called me to inform me that . So I couldn't call State Farm till the next day called State Farm the following morning and they changed the vehicle size for me. Called enterprise Kapiolani back and they said they didn't have any large vehicles. I asked if any of their other locations did. They said "oh you can call the other enterprises if you want". I asked politely wouldn't you guys be able to accommodate that? Person said no we don't . I did not get a vehicke change out. I called on Friday to repeat the process and was told that I am at the top of the list for the first large suv they get back and that they would call me. No one called me at all or to tell me that they close the whole weekend. Over the weekend I asked multiple different locations and no one could help . It's now Monday and I called first thing when they opened to ask if I could switch. They said they have a large suv coming back at lunch and that it's for me . They are now closed and I have not received a call saying it was ready or that it wasn't. In 5 days I have not been called once from them. Very dissatisfied and if this was not an insurance claim by someone else's insurance that hit me I would go with someone else.

PREJUDICE PRESENT!!!!! I walked into the rental location to rent a car for the day, when I walked inside I was told that they were completely booked and that they could not check to see if another location had availability. Finding that hard to believe, I called the location and changed my voice. I was IMMEDIATELY told that they had rental cars available and asked how soon I could come in. Unbelievable!!

Fast, easy, and convenient car rental. During this visit to Oahu, we rented a jeep from this Enterprise location only due to the fact that they open at 7:30am instead of 8 like the location at our hotel. We needed our car early for an excursion that we needed to get to. When we picked up our car, the service was fast and friendly. We got the car we reserved, and it was clean with a full tank of gas. Another plus to renting from this Enterprise location is that it was about $100 cheaper than renting from the one at our hotel.

my family and I flew in to Honolulu very last minute for a family emergency and we were already stressed out but Kiyomina, at the airport location on Rodgers Blvd, really helped us and made the rental process quick and hassle free. We received exceptional customer service!!

i rented a car from this location on 9/8/23. the desk agent, jasmine, was very helpful and kind. She offered to carry the child's car seat from the office to the rental car. i am a senior so i really appreciated her help because car seat is bulky and heavy. at the desk i was assigned a toyota corolla. when jasmine found out that my own car is a toyota prius she changed to a prius on the spot. it was easier for me to drive since i am familiar w/the controls. one not good thing was the condition of the car. i drove straight home from the rental office, which took about 25 minutes. enroute the tire pressure indicator light came on and stayed on. i called the rental office when i got home and spoke with kim who said i could bring the car back and get another one. instead i had the tires checked. all FOUR tires were 4-6 lbs. low. after adding air to all the tires, the indicator light went off. another issue with the car - after driving for about 30 minutes on two different occasions, an orange indicator light flashed on and off twice. it was so fast that i couldn't tell what it was for. i reported this and the tire situation to the rental agent when i returned the car.

I have had really good experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I have had really bad experiences. Fortunately for me, the Kapiolani Blvd. Enterprise location is one of the better experiences I have had with the company. When I dropped off my car to City Fender for repairs, City Fender had called Enterprise for a shuttle to pick-me-up. When the shuttle first arrived, I thought it may have been for another man that was also waiting, but when the Enterprise shuttle driver and I realized it was actually for me, I hopped right on in. The shuttle driver was quick (but safe) to drop me off at Enterprise and gave me directions on how to locate their office downstairs. You just take the elevator down to the ground floor. When I arrived to the office, I was promptly assisted and given information and options related to the car rental, and once I signed off and paid my $50 deposit (required even if insurance is covering the rental but will be refunded should there be no issues when you return the car), the employee helping me had informed me I could head up to Level L to pick-up my car. Similarly to the shuttle driver, the young man in the office was personable and professional. Now, I did get a little confused about where to go since I didn't realize I had to head back to the same floor I was on, but you just select "K/L" level. I believe you may also have to walk up one up but if not, you should be right back where the shuttle dropped you off. When I arrived at Level L, a young man walked over to assist me, and it took me a second to realize this was the same man that had dropped me off. I wish I had gotten a name but you really cannot miss him because of his infectious smile, impeccable style, and friendly/professional demeanor. He walked me over to a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid and we did the walk around to see if there were damages, and then I was off on my way to new tiny car horizons. I actually quite enjoyed my car rental so much that when it came time to return the car, I did feel a little sad lol. But similarly to pick-up, drop-off was just as easy, and one of their shuttle drivers was quick to drop myself as well as some other customers off at their respective repair shops. Overall, if you ever are in need of a rental car, I would highly recommend the Enterprise location on Kapiolani Blvd. While the parking itself is quite small and cramped, the customer service is just outstanding and everything about the experience was quick, easy, and convenient.

My insurance coordinated rental from Enterprise when I took my vehicle in for repairs. I was kinda skeptical after reading the mediocre reviews of this location, but in the end was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Upon registering for a reservation on Enterprise's sent email, I selected a luxury vehicle due to my back pains, but when I arrived, they only had little economy cars or vans available. I was disappointed because I had a confirmation number for my selection. I had another appointment so reluctantly I took the economy Toyota Corolla. Disgruntled, I later called to voice my concerns. Brandon(?) answered the phone and pleasantly apologized and said he'll call me back. Within 30 minutes, Bandon called back and got a full size vehicle for me from another location. We had some coordination issues, but Brandon made sure to get me a vehicle. Bandon called me back four times to coordinate and apprise me of the vehicle going beyond the usual customer service. Really appreciated the professionalism provided.

Cutter Dodge called for a warranty rental vehicle at 750a-ish. Waited and waited and around 8:30a I asked my service advisor about the rental and he was surprised I wasn't picked up yet. I told him I saw a father daughter get picked up but thought it was a family member picking them up. He said they came after and it was suppose to be your pick up/dual pickup. Enterprise came and picked me up and finally was able to get into the rental car and put by 9a. Missed some work meetings and hope I didn't miss out on a contract. Enterprise and their workers need to get the paperwork on who they need to pick up before just driving over. If I could give them a negative score I would. I'm checking my service advisor if I can just drop the rental vehicle off when I pick my truck up since I don't want to waste any more time with them and almost would rather pay more to use National or Avis for my business travel when using my AMEX.

Might be a little long but here goes. Our car was totaled by a drunk driver. The guys insurance rented a vehicle for us at this location. The treatment from the insurance company was lousy, but Enterprise did not disappoint us. They are true professionals. They helped to make a bad situation so much better. Our case was a little different especially when dealing with insurance. Every communication was handled with understanding, compassion, and again professionalism. Words can't express how grateful we are. To our hero, manager Justin Fujito-Pascua. Mahalo piha for taking care of us. Your kindness is amazing! Also to Justin (they have 2), Jordan and the rest of the gang for providing excellent service! ENTERPRISE IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE YOU AS EMPLOYEES!!!
