Wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke to this morning. They didn’t end up having what I needed, but despite that the customer service was fantastic. He gave me additional suggestions and told me to call back if it didn’t work out and he would help me more. 10/10!

I took my 2 HP laser printers to Excalibur because they stopped working and causes chaos in our home office. Wes evaluated them at the front counter, did his magic, got them to work, laughed then told me to take them home without compensation. Taking my printers to Excalibur was time well spent because Wes fast, competent and nice. High 5's Wes and Excalibur!!! FYI, Excalibur also sells printer supplies.

It doesn't get better than this! I worked in tech for many years and am sad that I didn't know about Excalibur until now. Wes is the best you will find for OUTSTANDING customer service. He and his team are very responsive to questions and knowledgeable. Wait, it just keeps getting better! You won't believe this deal they offer: buy toner and get FREE REPAIRS! INCREDIBLE!!! I've told all my family and friends!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They are reasonably priced and give the best service I ever had from any company. I buy all my toner from them and highly recommend their products just because their service is so good. They replace any cartridge you have problems with and they deliver! Awesome company!

I have never had good luck with inkjet printers. They always clogged up or started having problems after a couple years, and it was always cheaper buying a new one than paying to have them diagnosed and fixed. Fed up, I decided to try a color laser printer about 5 years ago, a Brother HL-3180CDW, which was under $300 on Amazon, and it worked well for a couple years, and then started having vertical line breaks and toner smudges. I assumed it was because I bought generic toner cartridges that were leaking, and that I had ruined the printer, and was prepared to send it for recycling and buying a new one, but decided to check Yelp first, to see how much it might cost to repair. Excalibur got the best reviews, so I sent a quote request, and Wes answered right away. His advice was to bring it in for an estimate, to see if it was salvageable, and then decide if it was worth proceeding. So I lugged it in, and he took a quick look, and determined he could likely clean it up in under an hour, which he did, and the results were like having a brand new printer! He was even able to salvage the toner cartridges, which were fine, and explained that brother toner cartridge design can lead to small toner leaks over time. This alone saved me a couple hundred bucks worth of new toner. He also showed me how to keep the corona wire clean. Was impressed by his thorough explanations of how everything worked. Very friendly and down to earth! I also learned that if you buy toner from them, they'll service your printer for free. I plan to buy my next cartridges from them, when the time comes. One note, their website says that if you bring your equipment to the shop, the hourly work rate is discounted down to $50/hr from $85/hr. This seems to no longer be the case, but I was happy paying $85 to have a working printer again, and to support a quality local business.

I was having a problem with the print head on my Office Jet 8360. Wes was really helpful and agreed to take an look at my printer, even though they generally service only laser printers. With his assistance I was able to determine that it was best for me to look for a new printer. I felt that he went above and beyond in providing me assistance and feedback.

Wes provides EXCELLENT customer service! He takes time to listen to what your issue is and even helps you troubleshoot. Their toners are cheaper than other places too! Definitely recommend this place!!

Excalibur is more helpful then I could have imagined. I took an old HP color laser jet printer for repair- (I'm in the process of starting a new business where I'd be printing 150+ document packages.) I got the printer for free from a friend. I figure it would be a good start, and I didn't know what I was getting into. Wes(owner) took the time to ask what kind of work I was I intending to do with it, and explained that the very expensive color toner would be required for the printer to operate. And that the printer would suit my needs for now, but in the future I should look into a monochrome printer. Wes- who had no skin in the game- did not need to do this, as he does not sell printers so it wasn't like he was going to benefit. I appreciate him taking the time to ask questions, and making suggestions. He made me understand that the price per copy would be better for me with the monochrome printer. I appreciate this tremendously since I had very little knowledge about cost. Excalibur has Excellent customer service and communication, as well as quick, and friendly service. They provide maintenance, repairs, and affordable supplies. I Highly recommend.

After changing ink in my inkjet printer, my printer gave a system error that couldn't be cleared. After searching the internet for solutions, I bought a printerhead and it still gave the same error. So I was ready to trash the printer and thought I'd try to have a professional look at it first since I just purchase new ink and a printerhead. I was looking for a "printer repair service" and came across Excalibur Print Systems and Supplies. Though the website says they focus on laser printers, they were knowledgeable with the ink jet, as well, and was able to clear the fault! I'm so thankful for their expertise and service! Now the new ink and printerhead I bought won't go to waste! I definitely recommend their business for the superb customer service and expertise.

These guys are awesome! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Took my printer in to be repaired, and I could tell right away they were very knowledgeable. While they were running tests on my printer, another customer came in and they diagnosed his problem in a minute! Due to the estimated amount of the repair, and in-depth repair, my warranty company wanted me to ship the printer to them in the mainland. These guys at Excalibur were so awesome that they gave me a box and bubble wrap so I could do just that! Now I know who my go to shop is when my printer needs repair! BIG MAHALO!

I purchased my laser multi-function device a year ago. It's been used primarily for recipes, schoolwork and word/excel files. A week ago I finally replaced the black starter toner. This began a frustrating week of wasted paper and time. It started with grinding noises and paper jams in the rear door. If I tried 2-sided prints, for sure I would jam. I had to print everything single sided and for every 3 blank papers and jams I would get one printed sheet. I googled "fixes" to try, unplugged and vigorously shut the rear door. My problems only got worse. Now I couldn't get any prints. I considered buying a new printer but I just bought all 4 toner cartridges and the new mode printer didn't use the same toner. I checked Yelp for printer repair and stumbled upon Excalibur. It was a holiday weekend so I sent an email with the issues I was having. I got a quick response after the holiday weekend and Wes told me to bring my printer down. I was relieved that I wouldn't be losing out on my year old MFD or the toner cartridges I just bought if he could do the repair. Wes promptly plugged my printer in and would you believe it....No grinding noises, no paper jams and printed just fine! Wes helped me back to the car (my MFD is quite heavy) and sent me on my way. I've waited a few days/prints to make sure it wasn't a fluke but my MFD is working good as new. While Wes didn't need to do any repairs (I think my printer knew Wes would have got the job done regardless) his customer service and patience was greatly appreciated. I will be contacting Excalibur for any future printer repairs or supplies!
