My car battery died and jump start failed. Called Jason for towing service but he and his crew came over and replaced the battery the same day! Went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! We were stuck at Walmart Keeaumoku and needed car towed within 45 minutes to get to McCully Union Station. Answered call on first ring and said they would be there within 30 minutes. - we got to garage with 15 minutes to spare. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Called to get help with my flat tire, he came immediately! $80 to either get help with changing to a spare or patching up the tire. He took a look at my tire first before deciding what had to be done and thankfully it was a patch that he completed in about ten minutes. He provides service IF the air starts to leak again, so if you have a super flat tire and don't want to wait hours at a repair shop or pay that on top of the towing fee, then I think getting the service from here is a good option! Thank you Jason for the big help!

Truck wouldn't start or jump at Sand Island. Was getting the runaround from my roadside service, so called Jason, who came right out. Corroded negative terminal, bolt broke, but he cleaned it and had another. Fired right up. You need a start or tow, call Jason! ??

I've contacted Jason before, and he's quick and efficient with doing his job. From the phone call I made to him getting to my location, he took care of me within 15 mins. I will contact him from now on for any towing needs. They do not disappoint. Plus, they know how to handle lowered and modified cars. Thank you for the quality service! Tie rod ended up snapping in the middle of the road, tried calling Honolulu towing but they kept Pushing the time back and ended up waiting for over 2 hours. Called express towing and Jason helped me right away, and he gave me a ride back to my apartment after. Amazing service with an even better price.

Used these guys twice for a jumpstart for my truck first time was told it'd be a half hour, and it took and hour. Second time was told they were only 3 minutes away and they showed up in 3 minutes so no complaints on that. Both times the jumpstart took like 2 minutes and it cost $85. As a college student that breaks my heart lol. Felt expensive maybe I'm nuts tho. The driver is really friendly and stuff so I've got mixed feelings.
