This place is great to store you're items. I was between apartments and needed somewhere to hold my stuff during the move. They were so accommodating and helpful Melissa was always on top of taking care of business. I even forgot.to lock my unit a couple times and they called to make sure I knew to come back and lock it. Highly recommend!

I have a large collection of glass and I'm very thankful that we have a place to store it while we move I can take it out a little at a time and get it set up in the new place what a help we chose the cheapest option which was a cabinet on top of somebody else's storage so we've had to carry each box of glass up the stairs and put it in the cabinet but I really like the low price here in Hawaii it makes a difference every penny but we get to live in Paradise thanks for helping

Recently someone broke my storage locker, stolen one laptop, lots of old credit cards, with whole cheque book. I quickly went to my Hawaii bank cancelled my check account and open a new one, thanks God, my bank account is safe. I opened my storage there in pandemic time, never been stolen before. I attached the burger’s tools used to break my storage. Thanks

The staff at the Honolulu location has provided me with excellent customer service. Always cheerful and pleasant and helpful with suggestions that fit my needs and saved me money. I'm gonna be closing my account soon but if I ever need to get a storage unit again they gonna be the first I call for sure. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Aloha John
