Shawn was clear and concise in explaining the storage process, pricing and operating hours for the Extra Space Storage. We were able to tour the units available and select the one we needed for our storage needs. The service elevator was awesome and easy to use. I would highly recommend this storage facility for any storage needs.

Nice and clean storage facility, however there's usually never enough carts available for the volume of customers and that is actually a very big issue. I see other customers also frustrated wirh this...For the price of the storage ,this basic item should be handled better.there are literally worse storage facilities on the island that has more carts.

Great service a facility! Only issues is the rent raise over the course of 2 years, and the flooding that occours out in the streets. Luckily, the flooding will never reach the building! But driving through can block access on occasion. Otherwise, granted I could negotiate the price down, I would rent here again. But for what I was paying, there are other Extra Space facilities that would be better located.
