Attentive staff that is always willing to help. Clean storage when moving in with very easy move now process. Only down side is on a busy day when a lot of people of using the elevators it can take a minute to get to your storage space.

My storage just raised their prices and I had mentioned this to Jennifer Ing at Ahua st. and she immediately made it her mission to find me a space with Extra space that fit my needs even though it was almost closing.She was knowledgeable,empathetic and helpful something very hard to find and which made the process painless. If you need a space @ Ahua ask for her!

This was my first time ever using a storage service, so I was completely confused on how to do it. Joshua, however, walking my wife and me through it with great patience and good humor and got us settled very quickly. A well-lit, clean, professional, and well-run facility. I would recommend it highly. And Joshua deserves a raise!

I say enough about the staff at the Ahua street location. Josh, the manager, has a can do attitude and has helped us look at storage options to suit our needs. He cares about the customer and works with them. We’ve been here over 8 years since it was Diamond Head Storage.

Awesome storage facility. Everyone very helpful, vey clean and I loved the no contact feature. Very secured and the storage unit is clean and pretty big. Price very reasonable and fits my budget. Hours are great.

I have been looking for a Storage facility that is clean and had AC so googled it. Extra Space did not come up but the one I checked was not to my standards and I drove away. I stumbled on Extra Space walked in was greeted by Josh and the process was smooth and fast. Josh was exemplary service start to finish!

Fast & Easy registration process. Initial experience with finding & obtaining storage unit location went exactly as outlined in email confirmation. Staff even called to do follow up to see how everything went. Overall I'm really happy with the decision of choosing this company & location.
