Great place to ship stuff, super helpful staff .One star off because when you walk in there is just these little floor markers pointing to the self ship area - no designated waiting area , so if you need help , you just have to amble about until a free staff member asks who's next.

Today, the company's employees are striking with their stupidity. This is the second office in Honolulu that I visited and the employees couldn't print the label because at first they didn't have internet, I went outside to send an email. Then the program couldn't read the attachment or the employee didn't see the attachment in the email, but I couldn't stand it anymore. Is it possible to hire people with two convolutions?!
