They don’t “attempt” to deliver packages! They don’t knock on the door or ring doorbells! They just send a notification saying “attempt to deliver”! Several times I have had to go to the facility to pick up packages! They are lazy and lack accountability and no one is doing anything about it! Avoid fed ex in Hawai’i at all costs! USPS and ups actually deliver things you need in a timely manner! Not this place!

They keep delaying the package they say they overlooked it but then in the app says they tried to deliver it and its a queen size bed frame with q 6 drawer dresser how are you going to overlook that when i called customer service they kept putting me on hold and then hanging up

I watched my driver pull up to the building. Get in the back of the truck. Take some BS photo and say he tried delivering. He never came in the building. I watched from the 10th floor. It's friday I took time off work to be here and now it won't be here til Monday. Thats completely unacceptable. I will never use fed ex again. Never

Refused my business because my item was wrapped in shrink wrap. Never had a problem at UPS. Lost a customer because of your staff at HNL Ship Center! Auwe and shame on you!

Was not crowded. I only had a few people in front of me, but the line moved fast. I debated whether to even let people know about this one cuz it's like 1 of those secret spots. Nobody knows about, but then I thought, that's all right, it's Christmas.
Its New Year's.
Pretty soon, Valentine's Day. Now you can ship anything you like for your love.
Plus too the sights are mean.

Desk staff is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Stayed here for 2 weeks for work and had to come here every day for parts. The old guy who works the front desk is probably the slowest human being on the planet.

Major inconvenience to do business with FedEx here. They hold your packages hostage and are interested in incurring additional costs on their business consumers by providing poor and inadequate service. Avoid doing business here at all costs.

My shipment was originally scheduled for delivery on June 28. It then showed as “delayed for several days” while in transit. After no update for several days as well, I finally received a text indicating my shipment is scheduled for delivery today, July 3, 2024. I waited at home watching out for the FedEx delivery truck. At exactly 5:12pm, a FedEx van drove by my home without stopping. It is now 7:01pm when I am writing this review. Terrible service I may say.

I have a timely shipping matter from Oahu to Utah to plan ahead for and I cannot get a live person to get answers from. The automated responses do not address my questions. Its maddening!
