Ole driver Richard lied about trying to deliver my package. I watched from the 10th floor. He pulled up got in the back. Sent me some stupid BS photo jumped back in the driver's seat and drove away after I took a 4 hour lunch break to be here. I will absolutely never ever and I mean ever use this company again.. ever. I don't care if they only use fed ex I'm not buying it. I'm done with this faceless, no exception, no real human company!!! Peace out

I have a direct signature package with instructions to call me 10-15 minutes before arrival because I don’t work far from home. Yet for some reason FedEx drivers can’t read or follow instructions!! I have called about it to make sure that it was on the delivery instructions and was also told I would receive updates when the driver was close. I never received any updates until late morning the next day through SMS. This package is for my fiancé Mother’s Day gift and never delivered by end of day 5/9/2025 Friday like the tracking showed. This looks like several others have had similar issues. So this tells me it comes down to the FedEx management here in Honolulu! FedEx needs to fire every one of the Management team in Honolulu and get their stuff together. I have experience as an Operations Manager and also worked in the freight industry so I know that FedEx needs to clean house in Honolulu for starters.
SO FEDEX HOW ABOUT FOR STARTERS YOU PAY ME FOR THE MOTHER’S DAY GIFT THAT I’M NOT ABLE TO GIVE TO MY FIANCÉ ON MOTHER’S DAY!!! MAYBE THAT WILL MAKE UP A LITTLE OF THE DISAPPOINTMENT THAT MY WOMAN IS GOING TO HAVE ON MOTHER’S DAY BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE FEDEX OPERATIONS HERE IN HAWAII!!! ALSO EVERY DRIVER SHOULD RECEIVE WRITE UPS AFTER FIRING THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM IN HONOLULU!!!
I have also added pictures of the truck that should have been delivering my package on 5/9 and never attempted to deliver. I took work off just to be able to sign and accept my package so you can reimburse me that cost as well!!! Except me to escalate this to the very top management and I will not wait for someone to contact me like one of the other reviewers had stated because that never happened!
FedEx be prepared to reimburse me a few thousand dollars that is due to me for such incompetences!!!

What’s the point of being able to provide delivery instructions if the delivery instructions are constantly ignored? Seems like laziness to keep delivering to a parking stall.

My package has been delayed for 7 days and yet I get the same story that it will be delivered tomorrow. I have requested that my package be returned to me and I truly doubt it will be. I think they lost it and I am not sure what is going on in Honolulu but my package is still sitting in the “trailer” with what they’re saying is an incorrect address and yet the address on my paper receipt is correct.

This location has very inconsistent drivers. Before, their delivery driver would be able to get into my apartment building to deliver packages. Lately, in the last few months, this has flip-flopped between the driver being able to come into the building, to not even making an attempt and just leaving door tags that don't have the tracking number or apartment number to help a recipient notice that their package didn't get delivered. We even had another case where a driver was leaving packages for the commercial business side of my building in the residential mail area multiple days in a row. Somehow, UPS and DHL never have issues getting into the building and delivering packages to the right location. Not sure why FedEx has such inconsistency.

It’s always the same…you wait all day and FedEx says they came but no one was home and you have to do this all over again the next day…Iets replace them with all AI and robots…Next time choose UPS…

I paid for express overnight shipping on 4/12 and was supposed to receive my package on 5/12 before 5 pm. It requires direct signature so I stayed home ALL day. 5 pm comes - no truck. Not it shows it will deliver “by end of day”. Stayed home until 9pm NO TRUCK. next day, 6/12 it again shows delivery by 5pm. I stay home all day AGAIN. 5 pm comes - no truck. I call customer service and they said someone will contact me. Now it shows by end of day. I recieve NOTHING, no package on nobody contacts me. Next morning before the package is even on the truck I call customer service AGAIN. They say they will escalate it and someone will contact me. 4:50 pm comes round NO truck and NOBODY has contacted me. I call AGAIN. After spending ALL DAY HOME AGAIN. But every new operator I get on the phone is clueless. I give out my email and phone number for the third time, with a promise that it has been escalated and someone will call me. NO one calls and NOTHING gets delivered. ????????? why tf did I pay hundreds!!! In express overnight shipping with direct signature release because it’s a very important package that I need immediately if you can’t do it???????

I recently ordered a package and it was to be delivered by FedEx. I wasn't home when they tried to deliver it. Later in the day I received a call from a lady working there. She told me that they tried to deliver, but no one was home. She said that they could try to deliver it again the next day or I could have the package held at one of their locations close to my home. I asked if they were located near the airport and if I could come and pick it up instead. She said that she did have my package and that I could come and pick it up before closing time, 7:30pm.I'm driving down Lagoon and hit UPS first. After that it's FedEx Ship Center. I called her number and told her I was outside. Five minutes later she called me back. She said she was outside, but didn't see me. I was at the wrong location. I had to get back on Lagoon and drive two more blocks down. That's where FedEx Ground is located. I called her again and she came out with my package. I signed for it and was on my way.That lady that called me and helped me was super friendly. She was patient when I was at the wrong location and directed me to the right place. When I finally picked up my package from her, she had a big smile on her face and complimented me on my Hello Kitty Crocs.

On June 19, 2022 our baseball team used FedEx to ship up player and team equipment to Reno Nevada. We paid for 2 separate parcels, 2 day shipping to the Fedex post at the hotel we were staying at, and bought the insurance. On June 23, 2022 we arrived to the hotel and visited Fedex store front to pick up our shipment. Only 1 of 2 parcels were available. The Fedex service agent tracked out 2nd parcel and it was noted that it was at their hub in Missouri. We kept checking in with Fedex daily to get any updates on our missing parcel and they assured us that we would have it soon. We checked out of the hotel on July 1st and they still didn't have our parcel, they couldn't give us updates as to where it was, no one could answer our questions, we were left having to pay additional dollars out of pocket to replace the missing equipment, mind you there was $4,500 worth of missing equipment. Families and the team had to make additional purchases so that their child could play in the tournament. It is now August 8, 2022 and after 3 weeks of making the claim and following their directives. We are still without answers, updates and reimbursement from this company. Families are patiently waiting and our community organized team has yet been able to replace all the missing equipment for future practices and games. I highly recommend not doing business with company as they ignore update request, communication and avoiding to reimburse our financial claim.

Customer Service SUCKS . I would not choose your company to do business with. I have no choice because others choose you to deliver my items. Always miss delivery, never know when you say you came because my slip of paper/tag is always in the bushes. Boxes always look like it's been chewed up. I would not choose to do business with your company until it takes improvements of your staff.
