I went to ship a package on Saturday afternoon and waited in the Pack and Ship area for some time. Staff glanced at me but ignored me, even though one was helping a customer nearby. When I asked if anyone was working that area, I was told no, and that this is “one” store, so separate sections don’t matter despite the signs. Either the staff is poorly trained or indifferent, but the basic expectation is that someone would offer assistance. This is simply unacceptable.

Very rude guy working today that was at the front counter in a peach collar shirt. Didn't even acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter. I said hi and patiently waited while he stared at the computer screen. Guess he was so busy it made him lose his hearing? Customer service sucks. Won't come back here with that hostile man working behind the counter. The guy at the printer is the rude one..he shouldn't be in customer service

Very bad service. Not familiar with the business. Very bad attitude. Don't know why FedEx would hire this employee. It lowers the quality of the entire FedEx. Very disappointing. Will not come again.

Today I had a major project to put together. Your customer service rep, Curtis, was incredibly helpful to me. He offered guidance and helped me through some stumbling blocks, and all done with a smile. Thank you Curtis for making it happen.

FedEx's reviews in Hawaii are very low, and it's very difficult to decide where to send FedEx, but the staff at this location were wonderful. I had something that needed to be wrapped and sent by a specific delivery method, and when I asked a female staff member to help me, she was very friendly, prompt, and very helpful. I'm very grateful. I definitely recommend Queens Street when sending by FedEx. It's far from where I live, but I'm glad I went out of my way to ask her to help me. Thank you.!

The two women working here today made me feel alienated and were quite mean. I’m having a bad week and when I didn’t have the right paperwork, I started tearing up a bit, but I left and went and printed the papers she told me to. I came back and she said they weren’t the right papers. So I started crying because she just told me that was the right one, and now I have to leave and come back a 3rd time, and the second women starts treating me like I was crazy, I was trying to apologize for the tears and tell them it had nothing to do with them, I’m just stressed. And I was being polite. she kept cutting me off, wouldn’t let me finish and then started to get standoffish. I left in full tears. I feel it was unnecessary to treat me this way. Cheryl was sweet and tried to help, Jennifer was the rude one.

Used their printing services for a very tight deadline -- it was printed within minutes of submitting my order. Even called after the fact when I found out we needed to get it delivered. Curtis was extremely nice and hand delivered the printed items to our destination quite promptly. Everything was communicated very well over the phone and email, too. Thank you Curtis -- you were a lifesaver!

I was waiting for my package because update said my package was in driver truck to deliver but never get it. Then it said no one here to get the package. I live in less then a mile from fedex facility. I have 2 packages from 2 different locations. I gonna have to pickup myself. It's giving me to much hassle and stress. And customer service people are so rude, they just hang up the phone or put me on hold forever. I have no choice because I order from Walmart and they use FedEx. I never had problems with UPS which AMAZON uses. FEDEX is horrible! 1 star is even too many give. I end up picking it up myself. What is good for FedEx delivery? I am so upset!

The full-service team was amazing! I visited this location at least 4 times before finalizing my order. The staff including Jenna and Curtis were respectful, knowledgeable, and very generous with their time when it came to the many questions and needs that I had regarding margins, layout patterns, as well as the use of a specific App's configurations to utilize in order for the funeral program project I was working on to look professional. After many trials and fails, my document printed amazingly. Unfortunately, I made a slight error/typo and the team displayed kindness and lots of care by allowing my prints to be fixed with no issues. The team really felt like a family as they worked together to help get my printing needs completed. I find it very rare to find this type of 'Ohana' and care with large business shops like these. Mahalo nui!
