Great business to work with. The place well organized. The men and women that work that work there extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They offer membership to participate in practice shooting rounds and you can bring your own rounds or ammo, or you can buy them there at a good price. They offer safety courses of various types such home defense and safety courses. Plus you request limited modification like illuminated night sights on your purchased gun or rifle. Best of all besides firearms equipments they have a shooting range. Located by Eagles cafe Nimitz.

I have no experience with firearms and wanting to get my license. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer every question I had. Many different types of firearms were on display and I was able to handle them. I was given a tour and was given recommendations for purchasing my first weapon. They walked me through the whole process to legally own a firearm. Highly recommend checking them out.

Attended their Basic Safety Class that was free when I picked up my pistol. I have always liked the shop specials and sometimes its all about timing. I was looking at a particular pistol around the 4th of July Promo and wasn't in the budget. August they had 10% off Beretta promo I ended up picking up my pistol then. For the class I was able to use my pistol and liked how it performed.

Excellent staff that answered all my questions, polite, courteous and very respectful of my lack of knowledge of firearms. They didn’t talk down to me, and made feel comfortable about my decisions. They’ve earned my business, and I will definitely be returning to this great store.

Friendly very helpful and for the hand safety classes was great with our Instructor it was very well taught and understanding mahalo ?purchase a handgun and the classes are free or $200 for attending a handgun safety class!!

Marco was an excellent classroom instructor for the Basic Handgun Safety course, and was very patient with the inexperienced shooters that were in the class. All of the guys in the store were very knowledgeable and professional as well, and I’ll definitely keep giving them my business.

I’m really happy about my Peach colored Apollo electronic sound suppressors but Not happy or impressed by the instructor who insisted on showing me another color when he clearly saw that I had.Peach colored suppressors in my hand.and I told him that. I told him if he had Pink I would take it however, I had already checked the shelf before heading towards the cashier.. Not only that, now he added Insult to Injury by leaving me standing there waiting for at least 5 minutes without even thinking of asking me if there was anything else he could help me with. He must be new because he’s certainly lacking in “sense” because I can’t say it’s common anymore but rather quite “rare” these days. I think he must be new and, he certainly needs some direction and knowledge in giving his customers better service than I received yesterday. I practically had to “beg” him to buy it! I also reminded him that “time is money” because he was certainly wasting my precious time dawdling and just standing around doing nothing! Just in case I need something else, I certainly won’t be shopping here because of the lack of appreciation, attention and respect I deserve as a valuable customer. Nobody should have to “Tolerate” his complete lack of excellent customer service because it is always “Unacceptable”!

Awesome experience! Great staff! You can tell they all love what they do! Very knowledgeable, very professional. They do a great job of making the place feel like home, Like you’re in a safe place to learn and enjoy Everything that is gun culture. Even though the bureaucrats make you take a 6 hour class Just to purchase a gun, They make the entire experience very enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back and get the CPL rolling ??
Ps. They also helped me through a very grueling process of getting one of my previously stolen pistols back from the mainland. They spoke with and handled Shipping with a Mainland dealer And were able to Help me get my previously stolen pistol back in my hands. Can’t thank them enough for helping me with this process as well!!
