I called on a Friday and spoke to a guy who gave me the same quote on a repair for my Kia that the Kia dealership in Honolulu gave me and because it was so close to home I made an appointment for Monday. I went in for my appointment at 7:30am and RYAN at the counter was so aggressive and frankly very very rude. He said I had been quoted too low, and basically made the guy who quoted me on Friday sound incompetent and he got worse when I told him I'd rather wait to speak to the other guy. He literally stood there condescending my husband and I about not opting for a diagnosis, even after I explained I had done that elsewhere, I just wanted the repair. NOW- I understand what he was yelling, I get it... if they don't diagnose and it's something else they can't be held responsible. I get it but he was so aggressive that I told him in front of another customer that his energy is UGLY and there is no need to speak down to me like I'm asking for handouts from his pocket. Never mind that my husband asked him THREE times what the diagnosis cost and he kept speaking over him. My husband said "Dude chill out and tell us what the diagnosis price is" my husband had enough and said let's go to KIA and RYAN had the nerve to say "can you explain why your upset" and the customer in the lobby scoffed at his audacity. Here's the thing, I was the service manager of a shop just like this for over a decade and I would NEVER allow anyone like RYAN to stand at a customer facing counter. I am a good person but unfortunately this review was absolutely necessary. I don't know who owns this place but RYAN is probably the reason your lot is always empty. I don't want to debate and argue over giving you my money and always treating others with respect. I gave my $852 to Kia.

This place is awful. Everyone is miserable and it shows. Save yourself sometime and call literally anyone else.

Ryan checked me in and was very efficient and professional, he took the time to explain what was recommended on my vehicle; the wheel-alignment technician was quick and did a thorough job! Waiting area in lobby is clean and well lighted. Thank you Ryan and technician.

Prompt service. Decent pricing. Costco is cheaper but a hassle to get serviced

On Friday, 2/2/24 I noticed that my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on & I decided to put air in it after work. However, during work I realized that I forgot something in my car & saw that my rear passenger tire looked borderline flat. I went to add air in my tire & the PSI was @ 5.5, when it should be 32 PSI, so I filled it up to 33 PSI. I asked my colleagues for suggestions on tire shops, since the Lex Brodies by our office is no longer there. I emailed Pono Tires for a quote but hours had passed by & they didn't reply (they replied back yesterday), so I decided to call & they told me that they didn't have my tires in stock. I remembered that a colleague of mine had to patch her tire at Firestone & I decided to give them a call (since it was still very close to my office). The distance to my office is very important to me --otherwise I think I would've just kept driving & adding air to it. Anyway I called & spoke with the associate, gave him my tire size & he confirmed that they had it in stock. I asked if I could go there to get my tires replaced & mind you, it was already 2PM. So I was really praying to the Gods he'd say yes & he did! I'm so so glad that they don't close at 4PM like other shops. I also asked if I needed to replace all 4 tires or if I could get away with just replacing 2 & he said he'd be able to check for me when I arrive. I thought that was very nice because then I knew they weren't trying to take advantage & make the highest sale on me. I went on the Firestone website to do some research on the price point of the tires (so I could kind of gauge what I was looking to spend) & to see if there was any coupons/specials. I ended up finding a $50 off coupon (*if I replaced all four tires) & printed it out. Before I left the office, our warehouse guy took a look at my tires & right away he noticed that the tire I had just put air in, had a freaking nail in it (I swear I hate parking inside our office driveway, so irraz)! He told me that I should definitely replace the 2 tires in the front, see if they could plug the tire with the nail & get an alignment. When I arrived, I drove around, saw a technician & asked where I could park. He told me to just park right in front of the office. As I entered the office, I was greeted by Flo & he immediately knew that I was the one that called because of my car. He thought I wasn't going to come in since I had arrived closer to 2:45PM but he was still able to take me (Thank God)! We went out to take a look at my tires to see what he could recommend & then we went back into the office to get my information to get me in the system (since this was my first time getting serviced there) & I told him about the $50 off coupon (he reminded me I could only use it if I replaced all four), then he went ahead & showed me the price difference between replacing all 4 tires or just the 2. He told me that we'd be able to plug the tire & I asked if I should replace the rear tires but he said that they still looked good. I made the decision to just replace the 2 front tires, plug the rear & get an alignment. Again I was very pleased that he didn't try & push me to replace all four & was very honest about that. He mentioned that it would take about 1.5hrs & if I wanted to, I could wait in the lobby. Which was very kind & it was like he read my mind because I didn't want to go back to work --because I would either have to call an uber or have one of my colleagues pick me up & drop me back off (they're doing construction on the road so it's really junk and didn't want to burden them). Since McDonalds was less than 50ft. away (1min walk) I decided to just grab a bite & wait over there. While I was eating I received a call from the technician & he mentioned that they check on other items while servicing my vehicle & recommended to flush/put brake fluid. So I agreed. I was us

Came here for battery change. The service was so quick. It took about an hour. It's much faster than the dealership.

I don't normally score 10 for service unless there is some exceptional warrantying circumstance. The service this time was very good and I was very satisfied.

Made an appointment for oil change for 9:00A but then got email saying I'm scheduled for 12:00P. Why show availability when it's not available. Waiting room filthy and smelled of rubber tires. Don't think it's been swept or vacuumed in months. Had to wait about an hour in it. Always trying to upsell.

We were in town on vacation. My rental car developed a low tire. Opened the trunk, and no Jack was able to add air at a gas station. Pulled up maps and started calling tire shops. Everyone appointment only. Firestone said, "Come right over, and we will see want we can do. We went next door to McDonald's for breakfast. Before we had finished our meal, they we called to say it was fixed. Good people ?

I came in a few weeks ago complaining about my screeching brakes. My car was looked at and I was advised that the front brakes needed to be replaced for nearly 600 dollars. I came back on Monday to get the FRONT brakes replaced along with brake fluid. Immediately as I drive away after the service, my car continues to screech down the road. I turned around and came back saying the problem was not fixed. The BACK brakes were the ones that were screeching and needed to be replaced and there was nothing they could do because they replaced the front ones. I am a young person with not much experience about cars so how am I supposed to know if itʻs the front or the back brakes that are the issue? I am so disappointed in the service I got from this location. They gave me the wrong advice about which brakes needed to be replaced and were perfectly fine with not solving the issue as long as they got my 600 bucks. I even called back the day after to tell them my car was still screeching and the associate on the phone knew the back ones were the issue and did not say anything to me or advise me that those are the ones that need to be replaced. All he could offer was 10% off the back brakes and it would still cost another 500 dollars. Never come here for service done on your car. They will rip you off and not solve your problem!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

They have some of the cheapest tires around. However, after having four tires replaced, I noticed a tire sensor error showing on my dash. I took the vehicle back to Firestone Dillingham (where I had them installed) and they said the sensor was "broken". I told them that the sensor was working when I brought it in, to which they responded saying that I would have to pay to have it replaced.I would advise that you buy your tires else where, actually I wouldn't go there for anything period. This is a very poor business practice, and seems very dishonest. If you bring your vehicle in for service, it should come back in better shape than when you bring it in.Service: Tires
