Great customer service, employees always willing to help with a smile on their face. The store is always neat and clean and organized. Prices are great as well.

What a selection of goods at reasonable $ Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about stock and where things are. They actually walk you to the aisle you need. Main store is gigantic. If you can't find what you need here, then forget about it!

Have lots of school supplies for my children. They also have a pretty good selection of colors for supplies. This is usually my go-to school supplies store.

This place is huge!! I'm more accustomed to the Kaka'ako location where the first thing you see are pens as you walk in, here there was the load of calendars soon as you walk in the automatic doors to the air-conditioned area which I didn't expect. There are two young staff working their best to put together a shelf they were polite but am obvious they were just there. Ah though as you enter the main area gosh I was surprise how massive it was...they have patio furniture for sale here lol! Everything and more are found here but it's so huge I wasn't in the mood for the hunt and actually found myself in the lamp section as that for some reason impressed me more than anything. Yes they are pricy though for what they do is something I almost walked away with. One that was on special had a magnifier attached to the head of the lamp making crafting less of struggle to squint, others had USB slot, various light setting and majority took just a few inches of space...love! I actually came here because mom had some items she was searching for and when I was aware of it actually talked her out of it out of not needed it only a just in case wasn't a situation we didn't need. Love this location and will probably frequent it much more once I'm more familiar with the layout. Lots of free parking right out front makes it a deal worth shopping for. Thank you!

Huge store with a giant selection, but the mostly young staff could probably use some coaching on customer service. Namely, that it is a giant store, simply crammed with merchandise, and customers would benefit from some initiative and helpfulness. I walked in with a pretty short list of specific items that I needed, and let the young lady at the register know it was my first time in the store. She gave me some general directions on where to find things, so I set off looking and spent 10 minutes not finding any of what I wanted. Short on time, I kind of gave up and began to leave. Incidentally, on my way out, I passed the young lady who I had spoken to in the beginning. She asked me if I found everything, and I replied, somewhat exasperated, but in a friendly way, that I couldn't find any of what I was looking for. I maintained eye contact with her, thinking that she would ask to assist me, but she just made a sad face, and said oh no! I may come back, as it is close to home. But this experience has discouraged me.

We love the Fisher store in kaka'ako so imagine our reaction to this huuuuge Fisher store in Mapunapuna. The furniture has an entire showroom with multiple spaces all to itself! As an educator and mental health specialist, I loved seeing all the learning materials in addition to the fun and wide variety of quality art and office supplies here. It feels great to be able to support local. There are many comments in these reviews about customer service. I'd have to say that I happened to interact with some pretty friendly teens but there were definitely some grumpy workers. I really appreciate that Fisher Hawaii stores give chance to younger workers and those with disabilities. When I did ask for a business application, it was met with confusion and took some time but eventually I got it. I would suggest coming here when you have a bit of space in your schedule. The earlier the better!

My once a year place for school supplies. Parking can be hectic so I took off a star but I find everything I need in this place. It's also very reasonable prices which is awesome when I buy for multiple kids plus extras.

Okay, I haven't been to Fisher Hawaii in a long while, I haven't bought school supplies in forever and today was the day we decided to get ahead of everyone else before the back to school rush comes in. We entered the warehouse and we were greeted immediately by a young man. He was very nice and helpful. So welcoming! Thank you! I forgot my sons school supplies list at home, so I had to turn to my phone. For me, I rather have the paper on hand so I can cross the items out. I remember they usually would have printed supplies list by the cashiers but I guess they didn't have it out yet because it's too early to shop. I just asked the same young man that greeted us, he mentioned they didn't have it out yet but he'd be happy to print the supplies list for me on their computer! Omg wow, another thumbs up for this one. So helpful! He took some time so he told me I can start looking around d and he'll find me with the list, which he did in no time. 5 stars for this young man and his great customer service. 5 stars for Fisher having everything we needed and reasonable prices. 5 stars for all staff who were very kind and helpful as well! Thank you Fisher Hawaii!

Fisher has a ton of supplies and I love the prices. I am a teacher and we do all our purchase orders here. It's almost exclusively staffed by 17 year olds, who can make the check out process a nightmare. Today I got a very sweet young man, but he was obviously needing some help, so I asked him if I should box up my purchases. There were literally four girls standing around giggling at each other next to us. He called over the intercom for help and none of them did anything. Many of these young people are so well trained! But it seems overstaffed and undertrained.

I was at your Pohukaina and I walked out because I had no customer service interaction and one of your workers told me to "move" when I was looking at pens. I was there on behalf of my agency and we are looking to purchase large number of supplies. A simple "how can I help you" would have helped. With that said I will be going to your competitors instead.

Fisher Mapunapuna has a great selection of hard to find office supplies at reasonable prices. If you need to double check the price of an item, they have scanners throughout the store. The workers on the floor are helpful and the cashiers are pleasant and friendly. Only one entrance is open and I wish they would open the other entrance. I only shop here on Sundays because on the weekdays there are too many cars parked on the street next to the driveway and traffic it makes it difficult to come out of the driveway safely.

Fisher Hawaii is usually my go to for office supplies and some craft supplies. Prices are usually fair and the staff is shallot helpful and knowledgeable. Today, the customer service person wasn't so friendly.. I asked her a question and she was quite condescending. The person helping me was the opposite. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed.

I was disappointed when we visited this store in Mapunapuna . Some areas of the building was AC & the other half not. They had front entrance but not using it we didn't know if it was open or closed till drove around to another door with a pad lock. Drove more & finally found the entrance. Looking for file cabinet & a chair. The file cabinets was scattered about the area same as the chairs did not look organized. The person in the furniture area didn't seem helpful well didn't ask us if we needed help. I told my wife she could look around but I was done. I rather go to Walmart their worker asked if you need help.

Online catalogue is misleading. False advertising? In particular, I was looking for a paper trimmer that was listed in the online catalogue. Once I arrived at the store, that particular item was not in the store. The cheapest item, that was in the store, similar to the item in the catalogue, was twice the price listed in the catalogue. The catalogue item had a 10 year warranty. Whereas the store's item only had a 2 year warranty. Rather than going to another store, and because "time is money," I reluctantly purchased the store's paper trimmer. Only time and use will tell if this product will do it's duty. The customer service is very friendly. The prices of other products are comparable to the brick and mortar stores.
