We absolutely love it. Family business that does a complete install including the curtains. We purchased a double full bed with four large drawers. It made all the difference for our family to fit into a condominium.Opened up the entire room and we were able to eliminate an entire horizontal book case we used as storage. Significant storage from drawers +dead space under bottom bed a game changer for us.

We visited first time here to check out any possible beds for my teen daughter. The service was great. She was attentive and let me know that their furniture is flexible to shape/change as needed basis. My downfall was I wish I knew that when she was from say, toddler and up! We are still thinking about buying from here... with her bday coming up! Definitely they have a great furniture though.

Horrible customer service. It is a small store, the lady working looked at us, but didn't bother to greet us. Only after walking around for about 5 minutes she asked us if we needed anything. Her "customer service" was so unfriendly. She seemed to be rushing us, so unhelpful, bland answers to questions, it realltly seemed like she did not care at all. No friendliness whatsover. For someone selling expensive furniture you would think you would treat your customers with more respect. She treated us like we were poor and not going to buy anything. Who does that? Would much rather go to a store that actually wants the business. I would not recommend this place. The employee was so unwelcoming and rude. Based on the other reviews, obviously we aren't the only ones with a similar experience.

I found this store off Google and was bed shopping for my kids and when we went inside immediately the store is really small and the shop owner? Was really nice. She explained that all the beds are pretty much the same and fit like Lego pieces so if we want a single bed we'd just have a single bed, if we wanna make it a bunk bed we'd add another bed on top with spacers and if we wanted it taller we'd use bigger spacers and if we want it like an L shaped bunk we could do all that with the same beds and different spacers. Also if we wanted to change it around, we don't have to wait for shipping we'd just go to that store. Then all the materials are non toxic and if babies/toddlers or anyone decides they wanted to try and bite the railings, they won't get sick or hurt (baby safe paint and wood). They also sell mattresses that fit their bed frames ($300 for a twin). I also liked that you can have the slide parallel to the beds instead of perpendicular. Which saves a TON of space (though my fiancé said yeah but could be hard to get out of the lower bunk bed if there's one under. So I said it's be fine bc it's like a club house on the bottom, it would probably still be fine)The only down side is it's EXPENSIVE but you pay for quality materials and convenience and this store really is quality. We can't afford to get these rn but maybe one day. I hope they can get more business bc these beds seem great for all ages and all layouts.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service, providing top quality modern style European furniture at mainland prices. They are the only official Scandinavian furniture dealer in Hawaii that provides quality flat pack furniture that some of us on Oahu are used to with the unofficially sold Ikea furniture taken to whole new level.Although they only specialize in children’s furniture, they use the finest in materials (soft pine for most load bearing places, high quality MDF for surface areas) and fitment that will last a lifetime. Combined with the maximum recommended 9” mattress height (I used a Primo hybrid mattress), their beds can comfortably and sturdily handle an adult’s weight without any sagging or noises! This makes their beds a viable option for those needing a quality twin size bed in small bedrooms, for no matter the age!Unlike Ikea (in general) and many other brands of furniture, all of Flexa’s design’s features:-Rounded corners-Nontoxic finishes-Hypoallergenic Oeko-Tex certified fabrics (where fabrics, such as mattresses are used)-Unheard of (long) 5 year warranty-Modular designs that offers customization that’s guaranteed for 5 years-Rigorous German TÜV SÜD safety testing and certification-Practically impossible to remove small parts, assuring children’s ingestion of such small parts a low possibility.Having experienced Ikea’s children’s furniture in the past, the degree of customization, durability, warranty/after sales service is at a whole other level. Consider this “supercharged” / premium level Ikea. It’s hard to compare except for the fact that the only commonalities between them are that they’re both Scandinavian and they both require assembly from flat pack packaging. Even Flexa’s choice of hardware used to assemble their furniture is higher quality in some cases! The sales experience is also very different and is very personalized: hands on, no pressure approach whose staff will assist you with customization process all the way, to “tailor fit” your design needs within their catalog’s modular products. The only downside are it’s higher entry prices, but as the old saying goes: you get what you pay!

We just visited Flexa to look for beds for my twin boys. When we walked in we were greeted by the sales woman. She was helping another couple so we walked around the store. The bed displays are so cute and my boys loved seeing all of the bed models. The store wasn't too large but had different layouts and bed sizes to help you get an idea of what you want. The sales woman also gave us a catalog to look at while she finished up her sale with the other couple. When it was our turn, she was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the color and size that we wanted. We ordered a bed for our boys that will be coming in November/December. We are very excited!

I originally planned to purchase a high bed for my early teen daughter since her dream was always to have a cozy place to read a book. Now her dream came true! The furniture is solid and nice quality. The staffs are very friendly and kind so, I ended up buying an additional daybed for the guest bedroom. Flexa's twin bed length fits on me, a 6-0' male. Even Flexa Hawaii's prices are slightly cheaper than Flexa USA website. Best of all, they kept the delivery time promise while I am still waiting for a dining table ordered 6 months ago from a high-end brand furniture shop on Beretania Street.

It's a sad day because my baby is growing up. She's getting way too big for her crib. And as much as we want her to stay small, the crib is just way too tiny for her. Her legs are all coming through the slats when she sleeps. So we decided to go bed shopping with her one day. We went to check out one furniture store and found a cute one but they said that it would take six months to get in. That was a little too long to wait considering she's already too big for her bed. So the next stop was Flexa. I found this place on Yelp and then I went to check out their website. They had some pretty interesting set up for their beds. It's modular furniture so you can just add on pieces as your child grows. Like you could add drawers under your bed or you could raise the bed and put a desk under. In the store they have a few models set up. My husband was drawn to the twin bed with three drawers under. He thought that would be great to store all her junk. More like hide her junk so it's off the floor, haha. It was nice and it came in gray or off white. The white they have there is kind of an unfinished paint job with streaks of blue in it. I didn't like that color. We decided on the gray one and placed the order. It will only take three months so that's not so bad. Overall, it's a small store, but the furniture they have in there is very well built. You know that it will last for years to come. The lady who serviced us was also very kind.

I wrote the same review at Google but I am happy to do it on Yelp again because I am that satisfied with the product and the shop. I purchased a Twin Sized Mid High Loft for my daughter and opted to pick it up and assemble it myself. I preordered it, so it took a couple of months to arrive. My husband and I managed to get it all together in about an hour and a half (make sure to lay out all the pieces like it looks on the directions to make sure the orientation is right). We did use our own mattress, so the mattress sits higher, but my daughter sleeps wedged against the wall, so I don't think it will be a problem. Overall, my daughter loves her new big girl bed, and we are very happy with the sturdiness and quality. It should last her for many years to come.

First to say, I can not rate their furniture because we didn’t buy anything. The store is small so you can’t see everything they can do for you. Staff was nice with us but nothing was matching the existing furniture we have already so we didn’t purchase anything.

My experience with Flexa was wonderful. Got full sets for both of my kids and they love it! Furniture are of very high quality and safe for the kids. Prices are reasonable for the level of quality and service. Delivery and installation staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

I went to Flexa to look for a loft and found one my daughter liked. Mina the sales person was very helpful and not aggressive to make the sale. She explained the quality of the bunk bed I was thinking about purchasing. Mina even checked the inventory for me. A few days later I came back and purchased the loft without a hitch. I purchased the desk knowing it wasn't in stock and Mina gladly refunded me when ai changed my mind. No questions asked.
