My Realtor Sissy recommended The Floor Store, As you know there a lot of flooring and carpet companies in Hawaii. Marc the owner and his staff Pierre and crew did an excellent job on my sister condo which she just bought. It took 3-days to finish. Now I'm thinking to do my place too. They do flooring, carpet, & tile work too. I highly recommend this company if you're planning to renovate your house or condo. Aloha, Derek

We just bought a condo. They sanded and re-furnished our floors. Looks amazing. Professional, organized, timely. Tom and crew are exceptional. Prices are a good deal for the quality of work.

The Floor Store did a fantastic job on our hard wood floors when they needed to be replaced due to water damage. Selection of materials was a breeze. The installers were professional, courteous, on time, and patient answering all my questions. The Floor Store has an excellent team and working with them was truly a pleasure. The Floor Store will be my first choice for any future flooring needs and always receive high recommendations from me!!!

We're very happy that The Floor Store was recommended to us when we decided to replace carpet with Luxury Vinyl Planks. Charlie Bow was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us narrow our choices and come to a final selection. Kawika and his installation crew did a great job. A few minor issues were easily and quickly resolved. It was a pleasure working with everyone we encountered. Many thanks for our beautiful new floor.

This is the place to take your business. Genuine people, they even recommended another carpet store when I thought I wanted something crazy. I ended up finding exactly what I need and they showed me the kind of gun to tack the carpet down for my diy project. It so rare to find good people in business and these were good people. Big aloha!

Excellent Service! We had a place that was flooded and needed an emergency install of new carpet. Natasha was attentive and got back to me promptly. Showroom is slightly hard to find. Around the corner in shopping area, facing Pahounui Dr.

We came to Hawaii with a mission for new carpet and tile for our condo and we only had 10 days. Gregg at the floor store made everything so smooth and fit us in right away! It was installed 3 days later. He was so professional and honest! At other places near by we were getting quotes for double the price! Thank you so much floor store for the amazing customer service! I highly recommend this place for any flooring needs.
