“We are long-time customers of this florist shop. I remember coming with my mom when I was a kid to pick up floral arrangements. I got several table centerpieces and my bouquet for my wedding. Eileen was great. She beautifully envisioned what I wanted for the centerpieces. She was also amazing with my late order of my wedding bouquet (I was planning my own wedding and totally forgot about my bouquet). I called her about it and she said it was no problem! Overall, it's always been a great experience with this business. We will be back to order more floral arrangements for our next celebrations.”
“Amazing service, amazingly fresh products, very reasonable prices, amazing everything! I had chosen to get real flowers for my wedding bouquet, family leis, groom's lei, and ceremony arch pieces. Todd and his team made the entire process from consultation to wedding day as painless as possible and I am truly grateful for that! During my consultation with Todd, he was very open-minded and receptive to my thoughts for what I envisioned. He also helped to steer me down a cohesive path with my ideas and the flowers that would be available during that time of the year. He would make suggestions to things I was impartial to or never really thought about. Todd was very engaged in getting every little detail right and it really showed in his work. Another thing I really appreciated was his transparency and his open communication. About a month or two before my wedding, Todd had called me to let me know that one of my flowers (king protea) might not be available. He had told me he was noticing he wasn't getting the flower in as much as the year prior and he then educated me on why this was the case and asked what I thought. I asked him what the options were, he gave me a couple, and we came up with a plan B. Luckily, the protea did come in but even if it didn't, I put my faith and trust in Todd and knew he would do everything he could to compensate for the missing flower. He takes great pride in his work and it really shows! Safe to say, I wouldn't go to any other wedding/event florist!”

“Completely blown away! Placed an online order from Tennessee to send to a friend in Honolulu. It was pretty tricky to find a florist with next day delivery, weekend (Saturday) delivery, something affordable, but also beautiful. I’d almost given up on the idea until I found j’dore! The entire process was seamless, easy to order and pay on their site, and they even texted us two photos of the arrangement when it was delivered and the flowers looked exactly like the photo on their website. I love this florist and will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend to anyone looking as well. ??Mahalo!”

“I like this lei shop because of the fair prices, selection and parking. There is usually one spot "loading zone" right in front of her shop. And if not right across the street. However be aware. Do not open the glass refrigerator doors. Look through the glass. She is all weird about people standing with the refrigerator door open. She's turns all cranky and she has no manners or tack about it. She is awful. It's like a switch flips. She really needs to either get new refrigerator or quit SNAPPING at people and learn a better way to express herself. If it wasn't for her Rudeness I would give it 5 starts, otherwise it's a great spot.”
“My cousin who flew in from Minnesota For her destination wedding wanted a a tropical haku and maile lei. ! It's a good thing I shopped around because although many of the lei shops carry similar items, they can vary considerably in their inventory, price, and customer service! Thank you YE friends Paul C and Nadine C for your reviews which guided me! Pauahi is tiny compared to others but reasonable, friendly, and gracious, a stark contrast from another shop down the street on the corner where a female dragon nearly bit my head off for inadvertently opening the refrigerator door. This place will also let you take photos if you are shopping for others like I was. (The other place makes you FaceTime.) They were very patient about letting us select the flowers and colors to order for the haku. Good to order ahead of time to ensure you get what you want for a special occasion. They want 3 days notice. Remember bigger is not always better! I will be giving them my business in the future as much as possible!”
“Excellent customer service, they will email you a ZIP file of ALL their floral designs for your funeral service. They deliver for a small fee. Wonderful company with a small staff, but so well run! Lots of care and Aloha when we used them in 2019 for my stepdad's service and now in 2023 for my darling Mom's memorial service. The store is very small with adequate free parking on the makai side of their building. They also have photo albums of their floral designs and you can see the various colored ribbon banners for the funeral wreaths and decide on wording.”

“These guys knock it out of the park. If you don't like them, you're not for them. I woke up at 4 am today, realizing I needed a very special bouquet. I emailed them with my order, asked to pick up later this morning, and they emailed me back upon opening (7am). I showed up... IT WAS GORGEOUS. I knew right then that the recipients would love it. And 15 minutes later, as I gave it to them, I knew I was right. This was a bouquet that turned heads and will be remembered. Coming back the next time I need a very special bouquet.”

“This is the second order I have placed with this Florist and have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with Dale going out of their way to help me out. I live in Georgia and my daughter is in Hawaii so come some special occasions I send flowers. My first order for her birthday I called and spoke with Dale, I wanted to add a lei for her birthday. Dale was just great and made sure my daughter got exactly the arrangement as well as the lei! Today I placed a second order, unfortunately the florist was already closed.
