Products are plentiful, staff friendly, store clean but very short on cashiers. At 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, a crowded store had over a dozen customers in line for 1 cashier and the manager in his office. Let the manager know about the line; he said to be patient, cashiers were on break and he was busy. Ridiculous!

This place no longer deserves a star rating. I've been a regular customer at this store since before the turn of the century, literally. I've seen the service to customers go down. The employees just don't give you a great customer experience anymore. I've also seen the food availability and quality drop to low quality or expired items on the shelves I'm not talking one or two I mean a lot. My laulau I purchased was bad tasting when I looked at the expiration date it should have been pulled 4 days earlier. And last but not least the prices are ridiculously high, real high. Can of soup there is 6.49 same can of soup at another local store 1.98. It's like you are being robbed. It's so unfair and not necessary for them to jack up their prices the way they do. Wish someone would go in and make some needed adjustments and changes all around. They even raised the prices on cigarettes again some over a dollar a pack. I don't recommend this store to anyone anymore. I would rather go out of my way then shop there.

Full of good foods, and stuff you forgot. Very friendly people. Old time local family store.

Pretty good selection for a small store. The employees are always friendly and I like getting the poke and sliced pineapple. The store is kept clean and I can usually find the items I am looking for. They have a good selection of hot foods and there is never a long line to pay. The only thing I wish is that they had more packaged poke in the fish section.

Love this market!!! The employees are SO friendly and make you feel like Ohana. Francie, one of the cashiers is so friendly!! Love her! It's easy to get in and out and have everything you need for your stay in Hawaii! We love getting groceries here.

Won’t be going back again . I live close by and have shopped there for two months , but last night was the second time they did not honor the price marked in the shelf . I bought an item for $33 and was charged $45 . When I queried this with the manager (a very rude young man ) he replied that the item shouldn’t even be on the shelf and that it is their mistake . However , he refused to charge me the advertised price . Disappointing . They need to treat their permanent customers better .

Love this place. Looks small on outside but large on inside. Great food options in deli. Great selection of bakery items, fresh fruit, alcohol and other necessities. Staff are friendly.

Convenient local grocery store located in Eaton Square. Owned by Foodland since it has the same tags. Cold AC. Fresh veggies, canned goods, even fresh sandwiches and foods. Some cashiers are really nice. Overall good place to grab food if you're in a jiffy.

I go to the food pantry at least once a week, I *love the staff, love the food, bakery, wine, and their selection of plants. So, BIG fan. It's a comfy store where you're not overwhelmed by product or people- though it's a busy spot! I have a good 10 Food Pantry plants on my lanai and my red eared slider, Guivi loves the basil.

I went shopping here recently and the manager? starts following me around the store muttering things. I don't buy anything and she follows me out the door, still muttering to herself.I come back another day and this time the security guard starts following me all around. Eventually he stops and says, "Oh, you're not him. You look like someone who shoplifted from here before. I am sorry for making you uncomfortable."The security guard was very nice but the store manager was not. I know all haole people look alike to you people, but you have to be more careful. How would you like it if you came to my work place one day, and because in the past a short old Filipino lady commited some crime, so I start following you around and hassling and harassing you just becaue I am too dumb to tell you apart from someone else. I don't think you would like this very much.
