Staff was so friendly, after knowing my size, whenever they saw me holding a shoe they would immediately go grab a pair for me if there’s my size. The selection of shoes and sizes were great at least when compared to Seattle! I wanted a pair of New Balanced 9060 (which are unisex shoes) and they actually had women size with different colors! That’s something unimaginable in Seattle after I tried asking in many stores, even the New Balance store themselves.

The salespeople were standing around looking bored. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I just roamed around the store looking at their shoes. The Nike shoes were in the front near the door. The Crocs were closer to the back of the store. There was a pair of Nikes that I was interested in. It wasn't on sale at the store, but it was on sale at Nike.com. It's good to see it in person before ordering it online. Too bad the Nike store that was in Waikiki closed. The service at this Foot Locker is no good. The service at the Ka Makana Ali'i location is also horrible. I've gotten good service at Ala Moana and Pearlridge.

Someone used my credit card for a fraudulent purchase. Store manager was able to identify the transaction and provide video to the police.

Where in Hawaii, my son wanted a new pair of shoes. So we walked around looking at different stores. And the price of shoes were just to high in price. So we’re walking down the street and I noticed that we had a foot locker so I said let’s go and look at their shoes. I would tell you to go here. The prices were just right in their shoes were perfect..

0 stars if I could!! No customer service at this store at all. And the cashier couldn't even figure out how much change to give. Isnt that the point of the register!? She was even using her phone to figure it out and still couldn't get it right! My 15 year old cousin even figured it out in his head before the cashier. You input how much the customer gave and you input it in the register. Guess she didn't do that. Also this worker kept rushing us with the sizes we need and was like "so what sizes do you need!?" Rude. Kamaaina or not, customer service needs to be provided to all customers! Will definitely be going to coroporate regarding my horrible experience!

Came here to look for new shoes with my MIL. The store has two sections. The men's and children, then the women's side. We went to the women's side. There was no salesperson on that side so when we wanted to try a specific shoe and size, I had to go to the other side to wave down a person. This person was not helping anyone, and was at the check out on her PHONE. She was quick to put it down though and came on our side. When someone came back to bring the shoe to try on, it was a different sales lady. This lady had no customer service either. Her attitude was not friendly at all. My MIL tried the shoe, and the same sales lady walked passed us, and didn't even ask us how we were doing. It's like she hates her job. I mean like okay, she probably does, BUT she could've at least given us the customer service that we would've liked. Like a simple smile and check in. Anyway, we still bought the shoes because it was nice. Honestly, I wouldn't come here again because the customer service SUCKS. I give it 2 stars just because I like Footlocker and because I'm sure not everyone that works here will suck...

This was more the service than shopping here. Not sure what her name was, but the girl at the cashier desk helped direct me to where I could get shoe insoles/inserts. She suggested where I could get them and told me where to go. Unfortunately foot locker didn't sell them. Thanks girl!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, merchandise selection could've been better, but my son found his favorite brand Jordan hoodie. It was 15 min after closing time, and they still allowed him to get it, Thank you so much
