I did the GNC routine and they sent my package to the wrong address. Now I can't get my protein powder back. Employee confirmed with me my address and still somehow messed it up.

With brick and mortar stores beginning to disappear it’s refreshing to see that PHNB has maintained theirs inside the NEX. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. I do not know the Asian females name but she seems like she walks the walk and talks the talk regarding supplements and fitness and that’s such a bonus for customers. Thank you

First off not a single greeting upon entering. I had a mask on. I got what i wanted after a little research on the internet at the store. I never caught the cashiers name. All i can remember is the penguin eyes make up. I asked questions about some supplements, seemed as if she didnt know much about the products. Was quick to just point me in the direction of where they was located. Products i gave a 4. Knowledge and the help, if there was negative stars id be in the negative. I got better info from the internet. Yet i prefer getting the knowledge from people who work.

This GNC is inside the NEX on the second floor in the back right corner by the elevators. It's really small and cramped but they always have what i need and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
