We had an amazing drive from the Honolulu airport to our hotel on Waikiki beach. Though it was a relatively short drive, our driver, Rodney, gave us the low-down on places to visit, places to eat great food, everything the locals know but we do not! I highly recommend this private service! Thank you Rodney! Your suggestions were spot on!

We booked round trip transportation from the Honolulu airport to our hotel in Waikiki.
We received a text to let us know the driver, a description of the vehicle, and the last numbers of the license plate so we could easily find our ride. Kenji was there waiting for us right after we got our baggage. He got us quickly to our hotel and was pleasant along the drive.
For our return trip Olivia contacted us to confirm our ride in advance.
An hour before our departure, Olivia contacted us to ask if Rodney could pick us up sooner because of traffic. Rodney was ready to take us at the agreed upon time. Rodney was a great conversationalist and we got to learn about his distinguished military career...thanks for your service, Rodney.
We arrived to the airport well ahead of time. One of our traveling companions realized after Rodney drove away, he left his phone on the shuttle. I texted Rodney and got a hold of Olivia. Rodney said he would get to us in 10 minutes to return the phone left on the shuttle. He got back as quickly as traffic allowed and returned the phone so we could get underway. 10 stars, Rodney.
Thank you for making our transportation so easy and stress free. Best choice.

We used this service with the amazing Rodney twice while we were in Waikiki. We had 4 very jet lagged adults and 14 bags on a military posting. Rodney was wonderful, careful with bags and just an all round fabulous human. He gave us some great tips about Hawaii and was just so kind. Highly recommend this company and especially Rodney!

We would’ve normally used the shuttle company that transported us when we arrived in Oahu, but I didn’t book in time and the time slots that worked best were already taken. A quick search took me to Go808 Express. It was easy communication with Olivia and she confirmed the time slot I wanted. Rodney picked us up in a very roomy leg roomed Toyota Sienna. He was super friendly and we had such a good conversation, I didn’t even notice we were at the airport already. One thing that was different is that they preferred cash payment at the end of the trip. I think they would’ve done credit, but it would’ve had to have been arranged earlier. I would definitely consider them again for future shuttling needs!

If you’re PCSing with many totes and suitcases this company is the one to call. They came on time and helped take all our stuff in and out. I would use them, helped make the process of moving go smoother.

We are a military family of 2 + 2 large dogs PCSing today & we had 7 totes/bags combined plus two crates… plus I’m pregnant so I was not a big helping moving all the totes. We had Jason who picked us up from our hotel and helped my husband load/unload even at the airport. He went above and beyond and even helped my husband take all of our bags through agriculture check. 11/10 experience. Thank you, Jason!

Wasn't sure which service to use to get from airport to our hotel in Waikiki and back. Used another service going to hotel and decided to try this one back to airport. Glad we did. Smooth transaction and communication from making the reservation to pickup and delivery to airport from Waikiki hotel. Driver was extremely pleasant and polite. Highly recommend this service.
