Been coming here for years now, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful! I always look forward to stopping by. Household stuff can be hit or miss but is overall decent, it's definitely my go to thrift store to find clothes though. Shoutout to Natalie who was so wonderful, was very helpful with explaining the rewards card and helping me use my points card yesterday, you guys rock!

This location is very convenient just down the road from a few other thrift shops I frequent. Finding treasures here is a hit or miss for me but I still like to drop in while in the area. Parking is upstairs. Drop off center for donations is downstairs.

TERRIBLE. I went on a Sunday. I had to use the bathroom. You need a key to use it, so the sign says ask the cashier for it. So I go to the nearest cashier, and she gives me attitude and simply says "Front." Why not put that on the sign? So I go to the front cashier and she says, "Oh a lady is using the bathroom you have to wait until she's done." They only have ONE KEY for both the men's and women's bathrooms, which to me makes no sense whatsoever. So after 20 long minutes, the oblivious lady who was taaking her time finally comes back and returns the key. So when I finally get the key, they then told me I need to leave something of value, like my smartphone or my wallet, or leave a $10 deposit. JUST TO USE THE BATHROOM. Every workers attitude in this store just screams "F--- You" so please avoid this store like the plague!

This place is HUGE and so organized!!!!!! I had won a few items thru eBay and you need to enter thru the little ally between McDonald's and the actual store to pick up your online items. But they are so quick because the organization is on another level. Pick up is always so easy and the staff is super friendly and efficient. The main store part is also great! So much selection here, you will def be here a while especially if you have the patience to look around and REALLY look for those treasures.

We went in yesterday nov 2023 to shop around & we brought in 3 friends to shop as well Also donated 3 bags of clothing and such We used the restroom as well with no problems Today we went in again to buy a few holiday Ornaments that we saw yesterday When I asked to use the ladies room The clerk reply was "sorry it closed" Not out of order just closed I then asked the manager "Could they make an exception" I really had to go badly With no empathy for my expressed emergency and the careless attitude From the staff I have no desire to Shop at goodwill ever again or donate We would not have stopped there today Had I known the restrooms were closed You really need to have a staff meeting About professionalism and customer service For your valued paying customers

My go-to place to donate stuff. They make it super easy with an efficient drive through lane and helpful staff to help you offload who are polite and thankful. I do see people dropping off crap. Stuff like broken printers and grungy small appliances. I would highly discourage this. I've never been in the retail store although my Dad has purchased nice brand name aloha shirts in great condition for cheap.

not much great things on display, rather limited old useless items for sale. Unfortunately they're unable to pick some very good furniture I wanted to donate because I was not able to drop off. This organization does not pick up from residential areas.

Huge selection. Prices can be a tad high. Clothes alittle expensive. $6.99 for a used skirt. New one at Ross same price. So only buy if you like it alot. Approx Jan 26th 2023 one of the local lady employees was super rude to myself and another light skinned local girl. Thought it was racism at first , I'm white. The employee is approx 55, maybe 15 pounds overweight. If either if us asked her a question she would give you a stone face and not say anything and would only lift her finger , not arm, to point. The topper was that the employee thought it was cool and funny to be a "B" . When she walked over to elderly security man she laughed. He smiled alittle but he was alot more helpful than she was. It was almost as if he had to appease the B and not be too nice to us. She needs to be fired. Shes immature and doesn't appreciate a paycheck.

Lately I've been feeling a way about mass consumerism, fast fashion, and our ever piling landfill.. I'm attempting to reduce, reuse, and recycle more and what better way to do that then to thrift shop! I popped in to Goodwill on Beretania a couple days ago just to scope it out and pick up a few things for my kids. The parking was easy- it's located in the rear of the store on young street. When I went maybe and hour before closing the parking lot was empty. My first impression was how absolutely neat and tidy this place is. They clearing take pride in their work and do a great job of organizing and cleaning the place. There is a pretty large selection of adult clothing with several sizes, anywhere from XS-2X. I saw some higher end brand names that were priced well. My only wish was that they had a larger kids section. The kids section was very small when compared with the adults section which was a bummer since my reason for coming in was for them. I did score some brand new Christmas pajamas with the tag on for only $5. That will def come in handy for our Xmas party this weekend! Save your money, get quality clothes, and help save the planet by shopping second hand!

As a frequent Goodwill shopper, I HAD to stop at Goodwill here in Hawaii. It did not disappoint! I found this super cute dress 50% off - $5! Perfect for a day out. I love it! The store was clean, organized, and easy to look through. There was also a large selection of new items in bulk - something I don't typically see in our AZ goodwills. Love their great selection of dresses. Happy I got to experience Hawaii Goodwill!

I've done early drop off in the mornings after 8am. I think the store opens at 10. They don't accept large furnitures items. I've donated a shelf before which I could carry by myself. I usually mostly donate clothing's old and new, not used, and small electronic items which I don't use anymore like blenders and toasters. The staff is nice and happy when you donate. They ask if you want a receipt for donation and you should always say yes if you want to claim your donations on your taxes. There's a dollar listing on the website on how much your donations cost. Happy donating.

This place is a dump. I have so much to donate. Quite often as I'm always purging. They are never open. Says they open at 8 today. Went to drop off and they are closed. The drop off is on a horrible two way alley which is always congested. This place is horrible. Avoid it.
