Everyone here was great! We ran over a giant nail and lost air rapidly. They were able to get our tires off and new tires on very quickly. We really appreciate how speedy and friendly the guys were!

Every time I attempt to come here there is an issue. I call for quotes before I come every time and they attempt to charge me double. I set an appointment and I’m still refused because “we don’t see it” I’m going to save time by never coming here.

Call and try to schedule for a FLEET of vehicles for a business and here's their business moto - if someone cancels OR no-shows for an appt - they just let it go by and do not try and fill it with a vehicle..??? Asked for a fit-in appt meaning can drop it off and they can do it as they see for the day - nope...no go... I'm going to share this approach with their corporate offices and see what they think for a FLEET of vehicles...pizz poor customer service to say the least...

Avoid Goodyear Auto Service at Stadium Marketplace at all costs! They are dishonest and fraudulent thieves. I had to wait over 1 hour for a vehicle safety inspection that I had an appointment for. Shop was filthy and staff was rude. While waiting, I listened to them try to upsell 3 customers into additional service that they probably didn’t need. They failed my safety inspection due to a fraudulent reason in order to try and upsell me for $280 in an unnecessary “repair”. They still get their $25 regardless if you pass or fail, so they take full advantage of this to extort customers. I brought my car to a different place that takes drive-in safety inspections and passed without any issues. I regret not checking the other reviews before coming here.

I went in because my inspection had expired and the police kindly suggested I fix it immediately. They are ALWAYS slammed! I explained myself to the cute girl working at the counter and she helped me out big time. She had them do my inspection and I made an appointment for later in the week to do my 100k service. I can't say this is typical but if she called me up I would take her to lunch for sure! ;)

My wife made an appointment for 8 am for a safety check. At 8 am I was told they don't do safety checks untill 9 am and I would have to wait. Why do you let people make an appointment for a time you do not do safety checks.

I selected this location based on the feedback I received from a co-worker and family member who were both females. The service provided was polite quick, complete and honest. Polite because the service provider was busy but had a nice demeanor and not pressured or overwhelmed. He was kind and helpful. Quick because it took only an hour and 30 minutes for a oil change, safety check and tire rotation. This was the first time I came. I had to come back a second time because they noticed that one of the things holding my lug nut was stripped because a previous company, damaged that and did not repair it correctly. DO NOT go to JL at pearl kai...I had gone back 4 times to fix what they did. My oil was leaking, the tire was scraping and they just did an overall poor job. I will never return there because of their poor care/ service.Goodyear completed the job and even said the price was actually less than what he quoted. I will return to Goodyear on Salt Lake Blvd and tell my friends and family about them.Also in that area, you can get a pedicure at Judy Nails & Beauty Salon, and you can eat lunch at Stadium Pho...so yummy.
