I went in because my inspection had expired and the police kindly suggested I fix it immediately. They are ALWAYS slammed! I explained myself to the cute girl working at the counter and she helped me out big time. She had them do my inspection and I made an appointment for later in the week to do my 100k service. I can't say this is typical but if she called me up I would take her to lunch for sure! ;)

My wife made an appointment for 8 am for a safety check. At 8 am I was told they don't do safety checks untill 9 am and I would have to wait. Why do you let people make an appointment for a time you do not do safety checks.

I selected this location based on the feedback I received from a co-worker and family member who were both females. The service provided was polite quick, complete and honest. Polite because the service provider was busy but had a nice demeanor and not pressured or overwhelmed. He was kind and helpful. Quick because it took only an hour and 30 minutes for a oil change, safety check and tire rotation. This was the first time I came. I had to come back a second time because they noticed that one of the things holding my lug nut was stripped because a previous company, damaged that and did not repair it correctly. DO NOT go to JL at pearl kai...I had gone back 4 times to fix what they did. My oil was leaking, the tire was scraping and they just did an overall poor job. I will never return there because of their poor care/ service.Goodyear completed the job and even said the price was actually less than what he quoted. I will return to Goodyear on Salt Lake Blvd and tell my friends and family about them.Also in that area, you can get a pedicure at Judy Nails & Beauty Salon, and you can eat lunch at Stadium Pho...so yummy.

I would love to but been trying for 3 days to get someone on the phone for an appointment. At one point I sat my phone down an let it ring for 35 minutes NO ANSWER. I’m thinking they really don’t need my business again, I will find somewhere else to go.

Good service and great price. Was very busy so we had to wait quite a while (even though we had an appointment), but that is normal for most car service places in my experience.

Tires were a little pricey, but all tires in Hawaii are a little pricey lol.They gote in and replaced two tires for me; quickly.

After reading prior reviews for this store, I can only conclude they have improved significantly or I got lucky. Life hack: I picked Goodyear because they allow you to bring your own parts. Other stores like Lex Brodie don't allow this, and there is a significant markup in price, or possibly a delay if they have to order whatever.The store opened at 0800 as advertised, I was checked in with no wait, and the tech started work. The work was finished in a timely manner, and I was back on the road.

I usually go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, but since my wife had a coupon card for 10% off I made an appointment to change my oil on a Monday at 9:00 AM. I get there 10 minutes early and check in. I was told that it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs, so I went to eat breakfast nearby. After a while I decided to wait in their lounge for the rest of my wait. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get my car done. OK, not too bad but I would have gotten picked up if I knew it would take that long. After paying, they forgot to deduct my discount so we had to credit bak my charges card. I overheard another customer being told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half, so now I assume that is their generic answer to how long would it take. They are not the friendliest but I might go back again just because I live close by and have no complaints about the service that was done.c

Had a 12pm appointment for 1/16/23. Brought my car in early, left to do other things. Called back in at 1pm to find out status and they said "maybe 1/2 hour more". I get there 20 min later and they didn't even start on my car. So almost 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment they didn't even start on my car. He wasn't even honest in his answer. He should have said they didn't start yet. So the guy asks me if I want to wait or take the car. Rather than wait for another 1.5+ hours, I decided to take the car. Do yourself a favor and go to another company like lex brodies instead

Big shoutout to the braddahs that helped me with my deflating tire issue as i was on my way to work. They pumped those tires with no hesitation and charge. I will now be a regular degular here. Wonderful staff.

Been taking my car here for about 5+ years and the last 3 years it has been horrible. they already take forever to do your oil change and safety check, but on top of that they expect you to call them if you plan on leaving your car there for over 24 hours because they sure as hell wont let you know when theyre pau for the simple things they need to do! honestly sucks that even though i live nearby, i now rather drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes for my service to be done properly, professionally, and from people who actually enjoy their job.

I schedule an appointment requesting 2 tires, on the website it showed that they had them on hand, however when I arrived for the appointment the guy at the front told me that they do not have them. Why would they have appointments if is not correct

The intake staff are not aware they are working in the service industry. The guy higaki is a total j*** and has a crappy attitude. They have terrible customer service and will actually argue with customers about what they think is right or wrong. Waste of money to go here!!!
