To my complete surprise I was able to get a next day appointment for a hard gel fill and pedicure. The best part is, both were at the same time, cutting my time there in half!
Both women did a fantastic job. I have thin natural nails on my hands and she was gentle and took her time. When I didn’t like the final color after curing she went over it with another color and I love it. Didn’t make me feel bad or anything.
As for my feet. I get regular pedicures but I get calluses easily for some reason. Just life. I did the callus removal for $10 and wow. She did amazingly.
They are detailed and really do great work. The salon is very clean and all health protocols were followed. This is a great place.
Parking was not a problem for me. I did ride my moped. But do arrive early to find parking if you’re driving.
They said to just say I’d like them at the same time when I call. I love that!

Have received acrylics, hard gel, and a pedicure here on several occasions. Found my new salon! Transparent pricing, good service, quick. 10/10 recommend.

I've been seeing Lily consistently for my nails, and she always does an amazing job! She's meticulous, takes her time, and pays close attention to detail. Since switching to hard gel enhancements with her, my nails have stayed strong with no breaks. Highly recommend her work!

Emmie and the entire team here are incredibly professional and highly skilled. From start to finish, they provide top-tier care and attention. I come for gel pedicures and chair massages, and every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Booking is seamless, the service is flawless, and I always leave feeling refreshed with beautifully done toes. I won’t go anywhere else—this place has earned my loyalty. Highly recommend!

I went for manicure and pedicure.
I like the transparency with prices they provided me a form of the cost so no surprises at the clerk love it.
About nails I didn't do nothing crazy, but I can see quality is good. Hopefully last.
I had Cindy and Ruby very professional and expedicious I was done in less than hour and a half for pedi and mani .

I come here all the time to get my toes done. Fantastic job every time. And everyone is so sweet and kind.
Edit: I came back here and was kind of saddened by the service I got with my bf. They barely scrubbed his feet and the service was rushed and chaotic. Kind of sad for an appointment only place when it feels overt crowded and like they’re too busy for you.

Spoke a little too loud about how our friend “just didn’t know what she wanted so let her wait” while continuously trying to upsell her on things she repeatedly told them she didn’t want. If you’re gonna talk poorly about your customers, make sure they can’t hear you.

Great little place to get your nails done! They were able to get us in same day and were very nice!the place is hopping, they clearly have a lot of business. I got a pedicure and manicure and really liked what a great job they did. I wasn't rushed out afterwards and was able to hang around for my Mom to finish her mani/pedi as well!
It was $25 for a basic manicure (and they weren't pushy about adding ones). And $36 for a basic pedicure.
Great place, highly recommend!

Easily the most consistent, high-quality nail salon on O'ahu. Kim and Lily run a tight ship, so no matter which technician works on your nails, if you get them done at Gradient Nail, you'll get compliments before you even walk out the door! Which is not to say that I don't have my favorites, of course. Jenny has been my nail girl for years now, but my manicure styles never get old, as she is always getting me to agree to try new polishes and techniques, which I end up loving. And whether it's Gel X nails or hard gel, Jenny always knows how much of what I need to provide my naturally thin, brittle nails with the support they need to last 'til my next appointment. To top it all off, she's a great conversationalist. Sometimes, the conversation is her making fun of me, sometimes vice versa, sometimes both -- always a good time. Run, don't walk, to Gradient Nail -- oh, but make an appointment first, especially if you want to see Jenny, as they are often completely booked. Once you visit, you'll understand why!

Writing this review because after 2 years coming here, I'm about to move off island and I am SO SAD to be losing the best nail tech I've ever had in my life. Jenny has everything I look for in someone who I'll let do my nails. She does them super quickly and doesn't take a bunch of time out of my day, but her pace doesn't get in the way of the quality. My nails always look perfect and with the way she puts hard gel on, my nails last 4+ weeks every single time. Nobody else at the salon can do it the way she does, which I've had to learn the hard way when she leaves for travel occasionally. After 2 years of being boring and only doing one color nails each time, I messaged her prior to my last appt and asked her to go freestyle on my nails, whatever color/ designs she wants and I had no say in it. This was the result!! I was only intending on having her freestyle once, but I have one more appt with her before I leave and I'll be letting her go for it again. If you're looking for a nail salon & a nail tech on Oahu, gradient nail is your spot and Jenny is your girl

It was fine. They provided the charges upfront but the language barrier was a problem for my nail design. If you want something easy, I'm sure they're great but for designed gel nails, there's better out there.

I used to come here for years! I stopped getting my nails done, then went somewhere else, was turned off by them always making me wait over 45 min for my SCHEDULED appointment (review elsewhere) and I'm back to the tried and true and loved Gradient Nails. Why was a loyal customer before and now? Their technicians are great! Honestly Lily is the best. My nails are never crooked and she recommends things you wouldn't initially know but look fabulous! Like a white fade instead of French manicure so it grows out nicer. A touch of glitter and she'll ask if I want more... no thanks this tomboy is just a little girly in her nails only lol. Sure it's an upsell. But did $5-$10 more it really looks $100 better! If you do book with Lily she is also managing the salon while working on your nails. Worth it? If you have the time, definitely!! Her nails always look good! Diane does a great job too with the French manicure hard gel fills. Not as precise as Lily, but good.
