I think this business is doing a great job. I always get a solid service and my daughter (7yrs old) always feel comfortable and happy to go to which ever professional is available. They always know my preferences and are willing to do something different if i choose. Great staff. Great place and the lollipop's are a nice touch! Thank you.

Great Clips-Hawaii Kai has excellent stylists. You can either ask for a specific stylist, or if it doesn't matter, all stylists are excellent. My go to stylist is Taylor (manager) and always gives consistent haircuts. If he's not available, I'll go to Donna (stylist) if available. Parking is free. Good thing to know, sometimes Great Clips email may have coupons.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Donna for years. Great Clips makes it so convenient to check in with the app, so by the time I arrive the wait is never very long. The other stylists are always so friendly as well when checking you in. 10/10 service every time!

This morning I had one of the best haircuts I've had in years. If only I could remember the name of the very pleasant lady who cut my hair. She listened to my requests, and proceeded to give me the exact hair cut I've always wanted. She did not make me feel like I was being rushed in and out to make a chair available for the next customer. She asked to trim my eyebrows and my ears (a constant issue for us seniors), and was both thorough and gentle. If only I could recall her name so that I could request her services the next time I visit. Mahalo nui loa.

Had about 3 visits over a year here. This last visit will be the last. The station at which the person was using was completely filthy, hair clippings all over her work station, on scissors, clippers, clipper heads, towels, all over the place. When she went to cut my hair all she did was brush off old clippings, no sanitization at all. The towel used to clean off my neck was right off the top of the station as well. This is a health issue.
